Absolutely no one in the store for help. I hollered for someone and there was no answer. Heard the phone ringing, no one answered. After about 10 minutes I left. I did see someone by a side door outside when I was pulling out of the parking lot. Oh well, I'll order from Amazon

I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts today! Roger was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting my rotors resurfaced. He even offered to stay after closing to finish the job if he wasn’t done in time. His knowledge and positive attitude made the whole process easy and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back and hope to work with Roger again.

Just passing through having difficulties with my pickup and they hooked me up! Andrew is such a stud! He even offered my dog a bowl of water since we had been traveling in high temperatures with no AC! 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They don't make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm female. I have been treated like that at other autoparts stores.

We broke down on our way through Nebraska, and we needed a couple parts to get back on the road. There was a young man who helped us, he got us exactly what we needed and we were up and running within the hour.Thank you !

My husband ordered a replacement daytime running bulb online for me to drive to the store and have installed. Being a disabled mother of a 12 month old we use services like this to make our lives easier and they are appreciated!I walking inside carrying my baby and told them what I was there for and if the bulb could be installed for me. The desk clerk said yes, he couldn't get the app to work with my receipt but grabbed the bulb on the screen shot my husband sent me and followed me out. He asked to to turn on the car and pop the hood which I did. And he looked at the front of the car went in for tools and came back out and got to work. After he finished he asked me to turn the car back on looked confused and had me turn the high beams on/off. Strange since it was the daytime running light that was out but ok. He declared it fixed I thanked him and he went inside. I looked to see if it was fixed and my light was still out. I get my baby and go back inside and tell him it's not working. He said he replace what we ordered and threw away my bulb which broke in the trash. I said oh great so I have to buy a second bulb now. Yes, so ok I agree because what choice do I haven and he starts installing it. As I'm buckling my baby back up I'm thinking why didn't he realize we must have ordered the wrong bulb by mistake when he had me turn on the car the first time and say something. So I go ask. He tells me He NEVER HAD ME TURN ON THE CAR BEFORE HE INSTALLED THE FIRST BULB. THAT I DIDNT TURN IT ON UNTIL AFTER HE REPLACED IT. I am paying for an extra bulb I didn't need and he is telling me I didn't do what he asked me to do. I'm imagining it all Apperently!He insisted he doesn't get anything out of selling me 2 bulbs. No but not having attention to detail and poor customer service is a good reason to gaslight me and make me out to be a dumb/crazy woman, he also told me to never order parts online because these mistakes happen. And out of his own mouth while working on my 1st bulb he told me about another woman who had told him to put her car back together she would have her husband do it. I tired benefit of doubt but never again. And I will not return.

Great place. Great service. Those two gentlemen yesterday really did a great job helping us out. From a bad battery that I purchased the day before from your competitors. I should have went to O'reilly first. My daughter and I made it Des Moines because of those two gentlemen. Thank you so much. I will be a O'reilly customer from here on out. Thanks again

Almost all the guys... except for about two of them.... that work at the store are complete idiots when it comes to any kind of questions pertaining to a vehicle... Hope you don't have any questions to ask that people that work there because their favorite thing to say when asked a question is "I don't know"
