Under staff and rude. They have a sign hiring but they want to hire only certain people. I have been there many times and most of the time under staff and no help. Why have a sign for help but don't hire anyone.

Never the same person delivering my mail, some are in
Postal uniforms, some in rural clothes, I get my mail anywhere from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., or not at all for 3-4 days, then I get armloads of mail that they apparently stored there until they got someone to deliver it, service is shoddy at best, I expect a lot better service than they are providing....

My address was very plain on my Amazon order as unit 5. It was marked as delivered to my front door but it was no where to be found. It was delivered to unit 7 even thought the numbers are very visible

Watched the mailman come to my box with his flashlight and everything only to get notified that my mail wasn't delivered because he couldn't get to the mailbox. I shoveled in the storm and everything, he made it all the way to my porch and left NOTHING! SO DISAPPOINTED. I was expecting a package with a gift for a family member. ??

My items on Amazon show that they have been delivered to my mail box with a tracking number attached. They ARE NOT in my mail box. It’s so frustrating to work with these people especially at the local office in Scottsbluff. Is USPS responsible for contacting the sender , or refunding my money? If there is a tracking number attached there is really nothing I as the receiver can do! It’s my word against the person supposedly delivering the mail to my mail box to the sender!

Rude Mail Carrier!Today I was expecting an important package, so I went to greet the mail carrier because she pulled up as I was taking out the trash. How convenient, right?For some reason, she took offense to this and was rude from the jump. Looked me square in the face and said "I don't like giving people mail directly next time wait until I leave"Of course I was taken aback (I've never had someone react so negatively to me picking up my own mail at my own mailbox) so I pressed her about what exactly she means and whether she's having a bad day or not.Then it turns into "It's against the rules, I'm supposed to see an ID" etc. etc.Lady, I am standing at my own mailbox that you just saw me walk up to from my front door! I waved at you and everything! Just be nice, do your job and go about your day... What's the problem?I decided to get a video of this wonderful people person, I've included a still from that video so everyone can see who I'm talking about.Please, give this mail carrier some updated training on how to interact with the public!No need for such useless negativity.
