These are the best guys I've ever met! they have done the impossible! we organized the delivery of urine from another state. everything was quickly installed and the documents were processed. the initial forecast to fix the problem was 2 weeks. but these guys passed everything in 2 days! two days, can you imagine?? and I continued to work on my silverado 3500hd again. thanks guys! you are the best! people like you make America strong and friendly!

Jeff Chitwood in Sales helped me find the vehicle that best fit my lifestyle and especially my budget. He was so kind and very quick to get the answers to all of my questions. Julian in Finance walked me through the steps very thoroughly and was so friendly while doing so. Wade, the GM, who was the one in charge of my trade in, also was so kind and made sure I was so well taken care of! I have always bought private party because I've heard so many scary stories but I would have to say that Team Auto Center has definitely helped me make my own opinion and I am excited to come back when it's time for my next vehicle purchase! Every staff member was so helpful, polite, and just genuinely happy to walk me through the process! And the integrity in these people truly shine! Took my truck here for service three times. Bad service and horrific customer service . I had to bring it back because they broke a part in my truck . Not on purpose ...then they charged me again .

Needed a new windshield mine cracked all the way across from a rock chip called several places Team had the best price !! And Patrick in the body shop provided great service !! Got my windshield in within days and he got a set of floor mats I wanted from Chevy had them put in same time as windshield ….. plus Kent and Dawn Holub was serving all their employees a steak or chicken lunch to let them them know they appreciate the staff

Hmmm where to begin. Took pickup there for oil change service. They never checked transfer case never told me it leaked. It burnt up. Team replaced it at their cost but they lied about delivery date. They said it would be done on 4 June. I go there on 3rd for update they tell me they haven’t even ordered parts yet. No parts until 15th or so. I asked them to do other repairs while I’m waiting for transfer case Team flat said no. Which delayed getting my pickup back. Team had

Took my truck in for regular maintenance and had asked if they can take a look at my windshield washer sprayers because they weren't working. Figured something may have happened when on the road from Florida to Scottsbluff because that seemed to be our luck. When I went and picked up the truck, they said they didn't really notice anything wrong but thought there might be a pinch somewhere and to schedule another appointment so they can look. My husband decided to look himself and it took him less than 5 seconds to find out what was wrong (hose was disconnected and everything was just going into engine compartment.

They can stop trying to scam people out of money especially the elderly and when they say this is what things cost to fix don’t come back that by the way we messed up it will cost another 1000.00 what scammers!!! Never go back!

Be wary of the Service Center—they try to up sell you on maintenance. If the manufacturer doesn’t recommend that procedure at that mileage point, don’t do it. They have “dealer recommended” items which is just to line their pockets.
