I saw that Team Auto Center Toyota had a 2024 Tacoma Trail Hunter for sale, which I had been wanting to get ever since I found out about the Trail Hunter a year ago. I called in and Mr. Court Cooks assisted me with buying it in courteous and professional manner. I live three hours away and he delivered it to my residence in two days, which I think is going the extra mile. I'm very happy with my experience buying this vehicle.

Overall a fantastic experience from beginning to end! Tyler did an excellent job keeping me informed about vehicle options, gave a nice overview of the vehicle before the test drive, and put me at ease throughout the process for the trade-in of an old vehicle and purchase of a new one. Andrew made sure I understood all of my options before deciding on financing and made the paperwork easy and quick. The trade-in process went smoothly as well!

Scheduled a 10k service on our new Toyota. Lady on phone said the entire morning was completely open. I scheduled a time and headed to the dealership. We live almost an hour from dealership. When I arrived I followed the signs and evidently parked in the wrong area. Haleigh, one of the people at the computers in
the shop, directed me to the middle of the shop where I met Mr Blanco. He met me with a horrible attitude. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional. He asked me what I wanted him to do as it was now a few minutes past the appointment time. I asked for him to get it in. He stated he would maybe work it in if he had an opening, but no promises. I told him I was told his schedule was open. That set him off, and he was again rude, condescending and generally nasty to me. The racks were almost all open and there were only a couple of vehicles in the shop. I told him I understood he had a job to do, but I needed to know what I needed to do to get my scheduled service done. He said he would try to fit it in when he had time.
Since I drove an hour, I decided to wait. When I walked by Haleigh's desk I told her I did not appreciate Mr Blanco's attitude. She followed up with me in the waiting area and apologized for Blanco's attitude and poor customer service. She also let me know that she would personally ensure I was taken care of. She is the only bright spot in the service department and the only reason this isn't a worse review.
Team needs a mandatory customer service training and needs to either keep mechanics with zero customer service skills under the hood away from customers or fire them if they can't do either. End of Rant.
People will not remember what you do to them, but they will remember how you made them feel.

The tech who worked on my car gave it back to me in pieces with my fuse panel still on my seat, screws unscrewed, and my window controls out of place. They also made my car undrivable and now I need new tires, my cruise control doesn't work, my stereo was stolen(on their property), and the guy in charge chad verbeg his exact words "I'm not gonna help you, I'm not gonna do anything!" don't come here people, it's a rip off!

I would've gave you guys a higher mark, but one of your techs changed my radio station, which you should never touch another Man's radio. Violation!! I also have a dash cam in my vehicle and it picks up every thing. Heard chatter about speeding in my car, if they had a chance. Probably won't be going back. Plus the oil change price went up a lot..

Many years ago I had a couple of not very good experiences with Team and was determined that I would never buy from them again. My husband and I had been looking to upgrade our vehicle for at least a year and were looking periodically for a newer suburban or tahoe. We had drove by and saw a tahoe on Team's lot a few days prior and decided to go look and see what kind of experience we would have, being fully ready to walk away if it wasn't a good one. Court Cook came out and did an amazing job the entire time we worked with him. He turned our views around, making the entire process smooth and easy. And now we are proud owners of a 2024 Tahoe!
