I would recommend StorAul to anyone needing a storage unit. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online in less than five minutes, started moving things to storage within an hour. And move out was just as easy. Fast, friendly, and responsive!

Great experience. Did it all through my phone. Never had an issue with the lock or feeling that it was not secure. Highly recommend and would use again if I needed extra storage.

Absolutely amazing I needed a place to keep my belongings for a few months waiting on my new house 100% drying a flat level parking lot security camera so I knew my stuff would be safe. I would recommend anyone to use the storage facility.

No knowledge of unit being auctioned off, lost all my possessions at auction. Very disappointing!!! I was in contact with the actual tenant every month the locker was never tagged out for non payment and the auction not very publicized at least I can't find where they take place online. For me and my family friend who obviously encountered some sort of issue to let locker slide past what I assume is a 30 day window ($85) to without warning lose years of accumulations of property without being notified and a grace period to respond is a shifty thing to deal with and your lack of empathy I believe shows the people that may be looking for a locker what they need to know about your business.

Great container storage solution and very affordable. Rented two 20' containers that were clean inside and well sealed from the elements while we were securing our new home in Gillette.Highly recommend StorAul Gillette.

Storage containers leak and toxic/black mold was growing within the units. The management informed me that it was due to condensation. However, only certain areas were found with standing water and mold. No, I would not recommend this facility, not if you a t e planning to store things of any value. The management isn't willing to take responsibility, recognize, or acknowledge that they have a problem. They have had several complaints from customers and continue to make excuses rather than fixt he problem. If you're looking for a storage unit, you may want to look elsewhere. I found another complex for the same price that is clean and dry.

I’m very disappointed in these I was told that they were air tight and the whole works but I just had to throw away everything that was in our unit that was either clothing or that could be ruined by mold!! The whole floor in my unit is all filled with was and mold! We rarely went into the unit so we were not opening and closing a lot and there was so much condensation and water. Very very disappointing I lost so much cuz of these units. We called them to try and talk to them about it and we got put on hold and then had to leave a message and no one will get back a hold of us!!!

The move in process is super simple, the units are clean and very well lit!! Also the staff is awesome they get back to you right away with answers to any question you may have. Would definitely recommend them.
