My service tech, Andre was awesome! Came to our house, was on time, great communication and he even got our old park pass stickers off the old windshield to use on our new one. I’m definitely coming back on the next windshield replacement.

The Safelite representative (Andre) that came out to fix my wife's windshield was a very diligent and persistent worker. We had two setbacks which were no one's fault. But the third time was the charm as Safelite and Andre got my wife's windshield together. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

It appears that you are now UNABLE to talk to a real human being in ANY Safelite Autoglass Locations. Their Phone number tells you to go to their Web Site. THEN their computer hangs up on you and tells you good bye. When your Web Site does not answer your question and you can not talk to a real person then your business is going to suffer. In the last 13 months, I have replaced 5 Windshields and that is business they have lost. Now I am in Nebraska and their is a Safelite store in Scottsbluff and again, you can not talk to anyone.

Car didn't worked on tell around close, one of my wipers isn't working and a piece of my car well they broke the clip. If you do go here make sure they don't start your car right before close

Scheduled for a morning windshield replacement. As soon as I submitted my appointment, it stated that a tech would be there between 8 am and 5 pm. That is certainly not a morning appointment.The day of, I waited all day and finally called in the late afternoon. I was told that it was logged as a no show because "they couldn't find us". No phone call, no other communication, they just cancelled our appointment. Nice. We'll be taking our vehicles to a local establishment. The only reason I took a chance on Safelite was because I could get my vehicle in a day earlier. I'm sure glad I didn't pay ahead of time!
