The service department here did me a major solid! I live in Texas and my local dealership wasn't able to find an ECU flash for a recall and my Jeep had been sitting.
I had been in contact with someone through a Facebook group that gave me this dealership's contact info after they had their ECU flash done here.
The service department got back with me right away and gave me information to give to my local dealership so they could locate the ECU flash.
Great customer service for me being a non-customer!

We live in Colorado, but went to Scottsbluff to visit friends. On our way out of town, my engine overheating light came on. We bought our car at Reganis back in 2017. I called them for help and they picked us up by shuttle, had the car towed into the shop, ran a diagnostics, offered me an Airbnb, loaned me a phone charger, squeezed my car in to a very busy schedule, and got me on my way back home by the next day. I was so pleased with the service and the staff. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Bought a car a month ago just to have extremely bald tires, which yes I should have checked, but I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Also got into a wreck because the tire blew while driving. Now I cant get ahold the sales rep that sold me the car.

After having a bad deal at another dealership in town, it was nice to work with these guys. Brady found us the right vehicle and was very easy to work with. Jeff has always been honest with me and continues to be. Thank you both for the pleasant experience.

Service center uses the "Parts are not available" excuse. Waited a month for an appointment then took my 2019 Ram to age in their parking lot for almost two months. After the service manager told me multiple lies I ended up going and getting it without repairs.

They promised to put the taxes and license plate costs in the loan. After we started signing the paperwork, Brady sprung it on us that he did not put the taxes in the loan. This can be devastating for someone who used their old car as a down payment and do not have funds to pay taxes, outside of the loan. So beware: If you ever want to purchase a vehicle, on your credit score, that he puts the taxes in the loan. We come from a state where that’s commonplace.

We always have a good experience here. The waiting room is nice with free coffee and water, and vending machines for other snacks and drinks.

Brought my 2022 Ram 3500 to have its first oil change and fuel filters changed. Staff was friendly and the service didn’t take too long. The next day I checked my oil and it was way over filled. Brought it back in and they drained some from the oil filter. Checked again after engine cooled and still over filled. Brought it back a third time and they finally got it right. Perhaps some training is needed for the lube team. Either they didn’t drain all the used oil or their filling guns need to be recalibrated. Not what I expected for nearly $500 from a dealership that sells and services this manufacturer.
