They replaced my motor in my 2017 dodge ram cumins they did a great job with really good customer service!I highly recommend Panhandle Diesel and I will definitely be back the next time I need service done!!

This is the first time I used panhandle diesel, they will have a customer for life, they did very good on my truck it was a nightmare situation and I believe they got it fixed thank you panhandle diesel. Very very nice people.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff and mechanics. Stood by their work and did us right! They took time to explain what needed to be done, the time it would take and the approximate cost. Our repair was a big $$$ item but we were pleasantly surprised the final cost was on the low end of their estimate. Thanks Jeremy, Dennis and guys!

The communication was impeccable not only verbally but via text as well. Updates were sent and they even offered to pull the truck into a bay so it didn’t get hail damage. We will 100% use them again. Best diesel repair place in town.

Very nice people. However, it was a confusing visit. When I took my sons car in I wanted a diagnostic ran, 2 new tires and alignment .
A check engine light was on was the reason for the diagnostics. The 1st call I received from then I was told I needed 4 new tires before they could do an alignment that the tires were showing the wires. They then said on my diagnostic they ran I had 3 codes pulling up. 1 was the def pump, which I had already new. Because I had a diagnostic done else where. 2) a sensor issue in the def tank and a third I don't remember what it was. I was quoted $3k to repair. In addition, I was told I needed shocks and struts and my timing belt needed changed. I told them I wasn't putting that kind of money into the car. It's my son's car and he could drive it off the cliff for all I cared. The next conversation with them I was asked so do you want the tires and alignment. I repeated my original statement to them when I dropped off the car. So now they could do the work I originally asked for 2 new tires on front and move the 2 old front tires to the rear. I was charged for the 2 new tires, alignment and the diagnostics. $575. I am wondering if during our phone calls they thought they were discussing someone else's vehicle. Because the Sunday before I took the car there. I had it up on a hoist and no tires were showing wires. However, the back tires were wore bald on the inside due to a bad alignment. My suggestion is better communication. Very friendly staff.
