Really liked them after but after 22 years of doing business had to stop no customer loyalty or support Jeff Maser ran me off so if your looking for a bulk fuel supplyer try. Westco or Frenchman Valley Coop.

Terrible customer service. If you can avoid getting propane from this company. They don’t have a sticker signifying that they own the tank which is illegal. Use Westco. Much better. Much nicer.

Been buying propane for generations & I'm over 60 yrs old. CO-OP propane could care less about their customers. Wouldn't fill my 500 gal propane tank and bill me, even tho I have a keep full account and direct withdrawal. Would rather let me run out of propane. Called the office and got the run around answer. Will not use CO-OP ever again and will use another provider that cares about their customers. Never been late on a payment in nearly 60 yrs and this is the way I get treated.

My propane line from the tank started leaking. Alex went way above and beyond to make sure I got propane back so I had heat before the extreme cold! Alex is a true asset to your company!

Propane Division here deserves every bit of this. THEY 100% TRESPASSED ON OUT PROPERTY AN ACTUALLY STOLE OUR PROPANE TANK WITH OUR PROPANE IN IT. I am actually shocked they did this! All time low for COOP! HOW DARE YOU!

I visit my mom often, the kimball me store, the store is ok but the deli is another story,the manager in deli. Dept is grouchy to customers, bad attitude, the worst is how she goes thru so many employees, as eating is always hollering and rides the workers, the food is never stirred looks like dried up,has cut down amount of French fries not even enough for price and always over cooked

I give them one star cuz I can't give them a negative ten and this is rating their tire and lube place I had them change the oil on my van well first they put the wrong grade of oil in then they overfilled it so I had a mess in the driveway from oil leaking out then I took it back to get the right grade of oil put in and now I have a major oil leak cuz they broke the oil adaptor housing so it has to be replaced and this was because they took someone off of tires to do my oil change and that won't stand behind the damage. I will never recommend this place to even my worst enemy and I have proof of the damage and also they don't check everything they say they do I have proof of this also
