“I would like to Thank Sherry Bear and Jay for helping me with my stair treads today. At first was told by an associate ' we don't do precision cutting' when I asked him to cut them to my size 'then he said that would be beyond his pay scale' unbelievable....he is definitely over paid for his lack of skills &/or desire to help customers. My husband worked for HD for years and he is very sick and I had to go get these for our stairs, and he told me they would cut them to size. Am so thankful for Bear asking Jay to help. He was polite and professional, after he was done I heard him say he had to get clocked out....then another gentleman needed assist loading and with a smile he went to help him! (Might be time for Al to retire) two great employees...Bear and Jay....attention Brian”
