Friday 7/26/24 The appointment was scheduled for 1 PM, and I was told when making the appointment that it would take an hour and a half. I dropped off my vehicle on time, walked into town, had some lunch, and returned an hour and a half later. My vehicle hadn't been touched. The person I spoke to said they were backed up and only had one alignment rack. I don't see how that's my problem. They gave me the appointment time! They could have used the phone at any time to call and tell me they were running behind and that my service appointment would take longer than expected. But hey, I'm only a customer, and it would take 20 or 30 seconds to make that call. Basic customer service is practiced at this business. They should learn to take on only what they can handle and should not offer appointments if they can't honor them. Based on other reviews, this seems like it happens often. If you live on a schedule, avoid this place, if your time isn’t important to you, stop on by, because it’s not important to them!

The lady to serve us wouldn't come and talk to us. Rather making coffee is more important than serving costumers.
It takes 5 minutes to make coffee?? Mabe at least acknowledged the customer. The other customer in the store seemed to be dissatisfied with the nasty attitude toward the technician who told her TWICE that a customer was waiting.

Came in for an oil change a while back, left with a leak. Decided to try them again for a SCHEDULED tire patch. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half, asked for an update, and they told me they didn’t know I was still here so they would take it back shortly. Ended up being a two and a half hour visit for a simple patch. Used to be a great place, came for all my automotive needs, the last couple visits have convinced me to never come back again.
UPDATE: they reached out to me after this to apologize and said they aren’t sure how they dropped through ball so bad but wanted to make it right. Said the next visit was on them. I appreciate the customer service response

Always receive excellent service from the members of this team whether I just need my tire pressure checked or vehicle serviced. They recently worked on a new vehicle for us and got us the next day and took care to meet our time sensitive needs to get my husband back on the road!

We special ordered Continental tires for our Armada last Saturday.They were delivered on Monday! Efficient, courteous and helpful. Aaron, at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. He is an example forward facing customer service. We just ordered another set of Continental tires for our 2nd Armada yesterday and they are being installed today. You can't beat their efficiency! Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Store Manager Aaron and his staff. I dropped off my pickup for new batteries this morning and Aaron took me home so I didn't have to wait at the store. Much appreciated! You can't get much better service than that. I will be bringing my business to Aaron and his Nebraskaland staff, especially when I need new tires. Thanks guys and kudos to you all.
