I would give this location a much higher rating if more of the employees were as competent and helpful as forklift operator Kip. I've gone into this store several times with my boyfriend, and unfortunately half of the staff seems poorly trained at the least, making everything take about three times as long as it should. But after no direction from one employee, and the misdirection of another on where to pick up 20 bags of concrete, Kip stepped in and saved the day. Within minutes he had the concrete loaded onto the forklift, and he then carefully and skillfully loaded it onto the trailer, even offering to assist with shrink wrapping so it would stay in place for the journey home. Kudos to Kip, for making what could have turned into a completely unsatisfying experience into a desire to send out a thank you to all retail employees like him who know how to treat customers and go above and beyond in their positions.

1 star was the lowest option available.
Just can't seem to find a code or be able to stock in no information.. what a joke, can't say it's the worst because unbelievable there is worse stores unlikely to get less service tho. Lumber yard, fork lift, you Rock

What’s the deal $109 for a delivery for 1 kiddi pool and I live 4 minutes from the Menards here in town what the actual y’all need to fix that cause that’s ridiculous!!!!

Poorest service ever. Three days of waiting for it to arrive and the lone guy at pickup can’t find it. Finally got it after an hour. Do better Menards !

I've never had an issue at this Menards, until today. An employee was VERY RUDE to me, that's never happened before today. I'm going into a long story because I've already sent a long email to corporate. It was about three garden center doors not being open. I'm also not going to mention her name but if Menards wants to know, let me know.

Called in, dialed 202, and asked about balusters and spindling. Confused, the woman who initially answered the phone, proceeded to hand the phone to another gentleman while saying "Can you figure out what the hell he is talking about?"Is this the service that Menards stands by? I understand balusters and spindling are difficult words, but maybe the individual who initially answered the phone is in the wrong line of work.Diversity, equity and inclusion at its finest.

Do not order cabinets from here. Not only did we receive damaged cabinets we have been waiting months for one corner cabinet. Since we have a company this has really affected our business. Lesson learned I hope this helps others so that they don't have to go through the same horrible nightmare. Not to mention the thousands our company spends at this place this is very disappointing.

Be careful using your phone while shoping, now that they the nice app to shop with. I had a couple of items I picked up while I was shoping. I put them under my arm to use the new app to search for another item.. while in the app my phone rang. While I was talking this agresive empolyee came charging at me. He looked at the items i had under my arm then backed off and waited for me to finish my call. Instead of using the app I asked where an item i was looking for might be. he was still not frendly and I asked you think i was steeling? He said no their was customer assistance needed call in the department. He lied to me. I have spent several thousand dollars in this store with two contractors on our recient home purchase. There will be NO more. I am going back to Home Depot even if it is a longer drive.

Minards is successful in this area because of employees like Rog, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, couldn't ask for anything else.
