I looked at my order and amazon said was shiped with FedEx, FedEx said on my tablet that my order has been delivered- tracking number SF6043675003937 and when I called about not receiving my package the auto bot wanted tracking number, autbot said that is not tracking number, but that is all I have and autobot will not let me talk to representative, so now I am very upset!

If you live in a rural area they will drop things off in a town 15 minutes away at a store and not call to let you know that's where they left it. FedEx specifically out of Scottsbluff is trash.

My delivery has been held in Scotts Bluff for over a week 2 requests have been made to have it shipped to Kikball , NE and I still don’t have my package for a party I am hosting tomorrow ?

My package has been on the truck for delivery for over a week. Everyday a new excuse as to why it can’t be delivered. This is not the first time this has happened. I know we live very rural, but call me-and I would be willing to meet you in town to pick it up.

My app notified me that my package would be delayed due to weather. I was expecting it so no big deal. Then this afternoon there’s knocking on my door, and a driver standing there with my delivery despite the cold & snow. He said he didn’t want to leave it outside (electronics).I wish I could find a feedback page to give this man huge kudos! Thank you!FedEx give that man a raise!

I was expecting a package on Saturday. I looked at the delivery time again about noon because usually fed ex shows up by then. It was updated saying the truck was heading back to scottsbluff. I decided to drive down to fed ex and hopefully be able to talk to someone. About 20 minutes went by and across the street was a fed ex truck that pulled up. I drove over there and asked him if someone could get a package for me. He drove over there and told me to wait and he might t be able to find someone. This man helped me for about 30 to 40 minutes locating my box and then trying to find someone to scan it. I received my package due to this man's determination to get it for me. I sure hope corporate looks at this and pays him overtime for this. He went out of his way to get it for me. Thank you sir

When calling customer service, all you get is a. Out of the country representative that cannot speak English well. I asked for an American speaking person and they could not give me one. I will never use them again.

I was to receive a package that requires a signature. I am expected to remain home from 8am to 8pm so if the driver shows up i can sign. Missed delivery so call their 800 number. Got a person who spoke broken English as a second language with a barking dog in the background. Was told Fedex does not work weekends and would have to wait until Monday for a second delivery if i want to stay at my house from 8am to 8pm. The other option was to go to their location which is 40 miles from my residence. They are not open on weekends nor do they have a phone number.

I can't be home during the day as my package requires a signature. It's nothing too expensive, yet they require a signature? This is something I NEEDED 2 DAYS AGO, but now I can't even hold it at a location. Pretty much everyone else just leaves it at my door. Why can't you just leave it at mine? I can't be home during the day. Now I have to get it AFTER I needed it.

I'm tired of getting emails telling me that my package is on the fedex truck out for delivery and will be delivered by the end of the day. Only for them to change it to jo delivery date scheduled. I have better things to do than to wait and see if the incompetent driver will deliver. And when they do deliver I have to file damage claims because they throw the packages where ever they feel like it.

Very nice and helpful. Called the number on the paper they left and the 800 number people are not worth wasting your time on.
