We bought a 1/2 yearling grass fed beef we paid $1200 for what I thought would be premium meat. No matter how it is cooked it is tough and has a awful taste. I bought another 1/2 yearling grass fed from another butcher and it is amazing.Im not sure what we got but very disappointed that I paid this much for dog food.

I worked with Matt and Nicole to have them process an elk for me. It was short notice and they were able to accommodate me perfectly. The packaging was done nicely and well labeled. Prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with.
