“Small packages I take to the post office, but everything else I ship, I ship by UPS and I do it at this location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes I need to get the extra insurance it's very reasonable. I had one package that didn't get delivered maybe a year ago in the holiday season, and UPS immediately made good on the value of what I had shipped. I generally use the standard shipping so I can't speak to the prices for expedited shipping other companies may be better for that. They offered me a guaranteed shipping date for about double the price. As usual I went with the standard rate and it arrived at the destination on the same day that they offered as a guaranteed delivery date. So, if it's not during the holiday season, and there's no inclement weather, standard shipping tends to be fast and reasonably priced. Also it is extremely easy to track packages.”

“We had an issue sending a package with their computer system and the employe helped me do it on my phone. I'd give a 1 star to their junk system but 5 star to their employees! I guess their computer system sucks and my phone is better. LOL. Everyone was very nice and they agree the system is jank. Be sure to bring your phone. They are nice!”
