“I currently own a cleaning business and I travel throughout Nebraska to clean houses apartments businesses you name it and I was in Ravenna Nebraska today cleaning an apartment for a move out clean and on my way to work my tires started shaking really bad in my whole car was shaking really bad I almost lost control in my car I had to drive 50 45 50 miles per hour on the highway to get to work so I told myself I was going to stop at one of the little mechanic shops here in Ravenna and have them look at it to see if it just needed to be balanced and I took it to Chris at complete Auto repair in Ravenna and him and his secretary lady I did not get her name we're absolutely amazing they took care of me they got things taken care of so that I could drive home safely it took a while because my luck is always terrible and I had two problems instead of one and they gained a new customer today I will drive 30 miles to Ravenna from Grand Island Nebraska to get my car fixed by this gentleman and I want to thank him for his great customer service and making sure that I get home safely!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

They were so busy - yet, knowing our family still had a long ways to go and time was important - they fit them in, asap! Great service, consideration and most of all - great job!
