“I had the pleasure of stopping in there today to check the place out as I have not been there in probably five or six years. I spoke with the owner, Jay, and he is definitely a stand up fellow and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cigars as well as tobacco pipes. Super nice guy very customer service oriented.They have an amazing humidor that is very well stocked with a wide selection that could definitely satisfy cigar smokers of all levels, from newbies to well seasoned smokers. Pretty much every brand that I smoke he carries there, very reasonable prices as well.If you are a Tobacco pipe person, this is your one stop shop in the Omaha area. He has a huge inventory of pipes at all price points. He has a great selection of pipe tobacco in bulk form, as well as tin tobacco….. if you’re not sure what you want, Talk to him for a few minutes and he will give you a wonderful recommendation. With the selection of pipes he has it could be very dangerous for me to go in there and be very hard not to walk out with a new pipe.Wish I lived closer, but it is worth the trip out there. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by shopping here……highly recommended.”

“After finding a dead bug floating in the water at hookah 402, I was done going there. Yeah that place is cheaper but the hookah doesn’t last long and doesn’t smoke well at all, so paying three extra dollars for a long flavorful session was worth it to me . The atmosphere at Xhale is so much better than there . I’m so glad I found this hidden place ! Xhale is the best.. Not only did they stop everything they were doing to greet me at the door , they treated me like family and even floofed the pillows in the chair before I sat down, and opened my drink for me when they could see me struggling . It’s like I didn’t even need to say what I needed , they just read my mind . It’s like the same second my brain wanted new charcoals here they come with fresh ones. I was just blown away.. Amazing service . There is also two very cute cats that will offer emotional support if you’re having a bad day they will sit with you. It’s therapeutic . I dont even need to take my anxiety meds anymore I just stop down here and my bad day at work just melts away. You can order food from the sister business Cateus next door and they will bring it right to your table in the hookah lounge . If I could give 100 stars I would. This place changed my life . I got a personal a cappella happy birthday song from the staff on my birthday when I stopped by before my special dinner. Their voices were like Angels. It was so touching. They even helped me carry my stuff out to my car when I had a lot of work to bring back at the end of a session. They even stopped what they were doing to jump my car once during a busy Saturday night this last winter freeze , they didn’t even take the time to put a winter coat on they were just out in a snow storm getting my car going! Wow! . This place saved my life . Thank you xhale .”

So glad my friend recommended this place. And there's that fun Cabin Sports Bar and Grill next door too. Parking can be a little cramped so watch out. “Came in looking for THCA flowers, found THCA flowers. (Flower opinion in the photo, it was used in a dry herb vaporizer so the byproduct is brown)It should be mentioned the workers (spoke to 2 of 3 seen) were pretty cool and relaxed let me look and waste time observing all their wares. They were patient with questions over products despite forementioning no interest in buying but still wanted to discuss.Only got a preroll of Durban Poison but will be back for an actual bag. Did get an URB 200mg gummy pack and 1 gummy was actually pretty potent good flavor and texture.Overall positive experience with the products and the shop.”
“I came here looking for 0% nicotine juice and was surprised they had over 80 flavors. They add as much nicotine as you want and the flavors sound great. I got Loops which is the best juice I've ever had. Period. Amazing workers, friendly, and very informative. 100% will be back for juice. I'd give more stars if I could”

Randy is one hell of an employee, and is most of the reason why I keep coming back every time I need. He does his best to cut you the best deal he can, and he always greets you with a smile and a hello, and remembers you after a few times coming in. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area that has any interest in the products.”

“Well it all started out well with going to the 42 degrees in south omaha and I was having some issues with the tyson vape and I got a different vape from the manager and I was not happy with it...I bought it back and still wasn't happy so I went to another store and asked them to give me another one so she called her manager to see what she could do then she said that she wouldn't be able to help unless it was defective or had a burnt taste I was not happy about it so I went on messenger and somehow someone responded to me about it and was very upset that happened and was willing to change it out for me. Unfortunately I just got home from work and I wasn't able to come in so he said that I could come in tomorrow night after work and I was so excited to see if he could help. He was very nice and apologetic about what happened even when it wasn't his fault for me getting treated like that I am so grateful for him and I will be back again. many times for the Rodman vape his name is Josh and I am super happy with how everyone has treated me at this location I work in the area I work Monday through Friday and sometimes weekends I work for Serv Pro and I have told everyone how much your company has done for me so I definitely will be back again as long as he is there ? ? ?”
