To me customer service involves returning phone calls. I called Nick twice about doors for our new home and he didn’t return either call.Now we’re worried about getting the wrong doors.

Arjay Builders has been working with Taylor Made for quite some time. Phil is incredible! He is so unbelievably personable and always gives us excellent customer service and top quality product. We highly recommend Taylor Made!!

I had a pretty horrible experience with this company. Many mistakes and a very big lack of communication.Also, they got doors in 2 weeks prior to my delivery and didnt discover until the day of delivery the manufacturer sent the wrong door. If they checked in their shipments and cross checked them with the customer orders this would have been found.I do appreciate Jason standing up and getting things resolved so the project kept going. Thats why i didnt give them 1 star. He owned the issues, that is huge. I wish I could say the same thing for his sales person, who just kept passing the buck.
