Took my black ram trx in for a windshield replacement. Everything went well up until the tech moved the truck in the shop where me and others in the waiting room heard the tech rev the truck 4 or more times. One guy beside me spoke " didn't know reving the truck was part of the procedure to replace a windshield...." . I went outside to speak about it and was brushed away . Then when the truck was taken to get it's recalibration done ...they once again abused it 3 more times. Then to put icing on the experience...they left it unlocked in the parking lot for hours. Take vehicles here at your own risk.

Positives - quick to respond and came to house to repair side window on my Jeep Wrangler
Negatives - to fit the window glass, damaged the seal/frame of the door and said it was pre-existing

This company takes your money up front. After waiting 5 hours for road side service, the tech was a no show, even though I sent messages and called. When I try to contact the shop and company, it looped through the automated system. I then chatted and spoke with two reps and one supervisor. I requested an immediate refund for the no show. They would not give me back my 320.00. I have to contact the shop or call on Monday and speak with customer service. This is a scam. On top of it all, I got a quote for 307.00 they charged 320.00 after 50.00 coupon. Don't trust this company.

1 star and I wasn't even afforded the opportunity to be a customer.
Unfortunately, I couldn't even become a customer because when I called the location, I was greeted by an automated answering service with very limited options. The system didn't understand me and required me to repeat myself multiple times. Trying to reach "Customer Service" only led to a loop of limited options or hanging up.
Tomorrow, I'll start calling every company listed, and the first one that has a human answering the phone will get my business.
I suggest that businesses allow potential customers to speak with a real person when calling a local location, instead of relying on an automated system that can't answer questions.

They ONLY do business over the web. Can't speak to anyone. Tried in vain to get someone on the phone and was directed through web channels only. Never again.
Went local, solely owned shop, and had a wonderful experience. And they were very reasonable.
I want to deal with people when I "commerce".

The Ralston, NE Safelite shop is awesome. Had an 8:30 am scheduled appointment for a front windshield replacement and Justin got me out of there in 30 minutes.

This service is overpriced, and you can't even speak to anyone directly—communication is only through an app or online, which is absurd. They're likely losing thousands of dollars each year because of this. I found a local glass company that answers their phone and provides the same glass for 75% less.

It seems extremely unfortunate that I am unable to get a simple price quote to replace a windshield. I tried the chat function and they asked for your first and last name, phone number, email address, etc. And when I tried calling for a simple price quote, they refer you to the website where you can use their chat function (taking us back into a loop). I guess it’s impossible to speak to an actual live person. Very unfortunate, especially for folks who are older and don’t know how to use their smart phone and or navigating their website.

If you are studying for the Bar and your car gets broken into, leaving glass and broken dreams behind, this is your place. I was stressed and they got me in before severe weather hit. Great service and a comfy waiting room to study in with coffee and tables to work at.

The front desk personnel was very rude. Being a college student I depend on Afterpay. I set up this service through afterpay and I understand they have no control over afterpay. In my opinion, font desk personnel should verify payment before service. As much as I explained myself to front desk lady, she did not care what so ever. She did not make an attempt to try and fix the situation. She went on to say “I don’t know what to tell you, all I know is you owe $438’. I felt humiliated in front of the other people in the lobby. The window installation of my back car was ok nothing special. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
