A lady by the name of Terri helped me the other day. Her customer service was off the charts!!! I wish more people handled their customers like she does. The USPS is so lucky to have you!!!

There is a gal that works there that is so unbelievably terrible it makes me cringe. Her manager backed her on her wrong doing. She wrote all over my package because it was over weight. Well if anyone ships for Mercari they know that if the weight is wrong then we cover the cost not the customer.She got so smart mouthed me asking “well who is going to pay for the difference?!” Your gonna make them”?!I tried to explain but she held my package wrote overweight in big red marker and then it was sent to my house. Ridiculous. She is rude every time I’m in there and has costed me money and bad ratings for shipping because of her doing that to packages. I’ve never ever had a problem Anywhere besides there and I’ve shipped hundreds and hundreds of items. So avoid.

These people are smug, arrogant and deceitful. Manager (who refused to give me her name) Stephanie Smith was no help and told me mail just shows up by dumb luck. It's easily the worst post office in Nebraska. Place is run by children. Good luck to anyone dealing with these people.

My order was marked as delivered,I went to my apartment lobby, and neighboring apartment lobbies because I thought maybe they left it there— they didn’t have my package. Went to the post office and the man didn’t know what he was doing. I got a call from the manger who at first accused me of lieing about not getting a package. He went from Telling me I’ve had to have gotten it to “we’re going to deliver it tomorrow; it’s not that hard to just check your mailbox” when I did more than I should have to get my package.. it’s ridiculous

I've called multiple times to report that my mail keeps coming up missing. And they never do anything. The carrier leaves my mailbox open and my mail is ruined when it rains.

Postal carriers are not doing their jobs properly they're not delivering packages to people the carriers are being lazy, I had to tell my grandson that he's not getting his Birthday gift because the post office didn't deliver made a 7 yr old cry

I have to literally call them every week to come pick up the mail at my place of employment. Then when carrier does show up, he states that he will only stop here if he has mail to deliver to us. Doesn't matter if our business has out going mail. He wants us to go put a mail box in, so we can put the flag up. This building has been here for 30 plus years. We have never had a problem until this year. They changed mail carriers and now apparently businesses out going mail is not important.

The substitute post people are ridiculous. We have an before/after hours slot and during the business hours, they will drop it off in the slot and not come in to pick up outgoing mail. This is every time there's a substitute. I have called repeatedly to talk to a manager and nothing gets done about it. Today due to the Corona/Delta Virus we have mandatory face masks to enter. I told the postman that he needed to wear a mask and he said, "Ya right!" I've been trying to call the Ralston PO to talk to a manager and no one answers. Our regular postman is great, but the substitutes are terrible!!

Lady on the phone was very rude and kept making different excuses that contradicted each other about why a package wasn’t delivered. No care and acted like she didn’t even want to work. Every time I have been in or called that post office it’s been the same. I wish this location could be like the millard post office where they actually care and want to help find a solution.

Called to track a package and Phyliss hung up on me because I didnt provide her the tracking number fast enough. I tried calling back and they would not answer the phone. The worst professionalism I have dealt with in a very long time.
