Don't know the name of the cashier that is working but just left there at 330pm Today and was treated badly has to be the laziest and rudest of all that I have done business with I spend way to much on buying energy drinks the by the case or a few and wouldn't take the time to see if there whe r e any so they are not getting any more business from me

I like the staff. I love their drive-thru… But they have the SLOWEST gas pumps of anywhere I’ve been! Like maddening slow! Like I’ve typed all of this and my tank still isn’t full!!!

I just came in there and went to get gas. And the pump told me to put my card back in and now I'm out of gas. And they won't put my money back in for twenty four hours when I didn't even get any gas. They stole my money!!!!

Every SINGLE TIME I go to the 72nd and Harrison location, the lot is filled with trash, the gals behind the counter carry on conversations amongst themselves in between being on their cell phones, and dont pay attention to the customer. There is ALWAYS an issue with the gas pumps. (that were just installed)Not to mention standing in line forever for a bag of chips and a 6 pack.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Have had nothing but problems with the one on 72 & Harrison and 108 & Q. From not giving me a refund for gas discount to horribly faulty vape pens. Had one I bought today (rechargeable one) in Bellevue when passing through. I hit it once and it kept running and became super hot. So when passing the one on 72&Harrison I returned the device to get an exchange, or so I thought! The rude Mexican said I have to drive all the way back to Bellevue to exchange their faulty product. She said she didn’t want to mess up her merchandise!!! I am now going to return this for a refund and NEVER return to a Megasaver! The cashiers are clueless and barely know English! Owners never respond to emails! They are greedy and don’t care about anything but stealing your money!!!

Some of the nicest clerks I've ever met work here at night.Unfortunately, they can only do so much. This store is neglected. The pumps are kind of slow. The registers are kind of (very) slow. The lines can be kind of slow, but only because it's really busy and they're understaffed and something about a Mega Saver in Ralston really draws in people who want to be jerks about one thing or another. Pretty limited selection of cigars compared to some other locations.It's reasonably well stocked, it's reasonably clean, the selection is reasonable. I wouldn't get gas here just because the pumps are so slow, but if I needed some shooters and a soda, it's just fine.

Poorly ran by owners. Consistently run out of gas and system not working to allow so called discounts on cigarettes. Staff is friendly enough but they are frustrated because the owners are rarely there to resolve issues. Often have to go to station across street and pay 30 cent more gallon because it's so badly run. Just tried to call to see if they had gas and couldn't get someone to answer the phone.

Whoever owns this store needs to see how it operates. It can take 20 to 30 minutes to checkout. Many times there is only 1 employee operating both the drive through and the inside cash register. I have seen several people put there stuff back and walk out.

The overall service/staffing/employee attitude at the 72nd and Harrison location has gone way south since they put the Jake Elwood wannabe in charge at this location. He has a poor work ethic terrible communication skills and has just one speed = a snail crawl. Further more he always parks his white van right up front by the customer entrance thus taking up valuable customer parking during busy hours. Replace this Jake Elwood wannabe -- the place ran much smoother when Silvia ran this location. This guy you have in charge at the present time is a bad reflection on the Omaha Mega Savers.

I was just here waiting here for 20 minutes got here at 5:45 no one was here I know it opens at 6 but I waited for 20 minutes and nobody was here until 6:20 I finally left and I seen somebody pull in I have to be at work early I hate when places say they're going to be open and they're not open this is happened to me several times

Cheap booze, and smokes. I wouldn't suggest using the drive thru as they never seem to have enough staffing to operate efficiently.
