I had a new set of OEM mudguards installed on my 2015 Subaru Impreza by the guys at Hallett and they did a good job! I like how while I didn't set up an appointment prior to coming in, they were still willing to accept my request and install the parts that I had brought on today. What's even better was that they went to drop me off and later pick me up at my place in downtown Ralston without me having to walk back home and then come back to pick up the car! That was very generous of them to do that. Jerry and Ben were pleasant to chat with during the rides as well. The only reason why I'm not giving five stars is because the labor cost was $139.10, which is pretty steep and more than what I paid for the mudguards, but I still went to have these guys do it for me because I didn't have the proper tools to do it and just wanted to get it done and over with.

Recently, one of our company vans was in a front end accident. I worked with Steve at Hallett’s, he made the entire process seamless. My hats off to the high level of professionalism and customer service, and the body work was finished earlier than expected and looked great!! A+++++

A year ago this spring I had a lady hit me in the right front fender. Took my SUV to get an estimate and choose to go to Hallett. They are very accommodating, friendly, great staff to work with, have work done on a timely matter and did a great job. Rear wiper didn’t work right after getting my car back and they fixed the problem with even lending me one of their rentals. Highly recommend Hallett body shop!Services: Body & Trim

I have worked with Hallett Auto Body 3 times now in dealing with damage to the exterior of my car. They have been nothing but fantastic to work with. In fact, this last time I went there they even remembered my car and replacing my bumper (which was what they did). I worked with Steven, the main estimator, several times now and he is a stand up and honest guy. He told me what I needed to know about my older car and was not out to try to make money off me. He just was honest with me and put my worries at ease. I really appreciate that about him and why I felt compelled to write a review. This is just a genuinely good business. And on top of the great service, their quality of work is second to none! I give this business a 10/10. I strongly recommend Hallett Auto Body to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.?Services: Painting

Hallett appears to be a sought after service provider and Mr. Rye was an exemplary service professional. He and his staff spent a considerable amount of time, effort and materials in estimating the damage to our vehicle. Although we elected to have repairs completed by a different service provider, we were treated with respect, understanding and with a sense of urgency. Hallett and it’s staff are continually striving to set an industry standard in administrative protocol and craftsmanship. We are most gracious for Mr. Rye and his staff in the time spent assisting with our situation.
