Don't be fooled. They DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS I bought a dress two days ago and found a new one that was cheaper went in to return the dress and was rudely told we don't do returns while I was started at rudely. I am now stuck with a dress I can't afford and have not spare money to buy the cheaper one. Don't go here.

Never would go back absolutely horrible. He daughter and the old lady were very disrespectful and rude they had no help at all and rushed me out and don’t have manners. They both had no patients to help and nothing is organized.

Prices are too high to rent a dress. The quality of the dresses some of them are not all that great. The owner is scattered brain and doesn't know what the h*** she's doing for a minute to minute. I personally would never ever try to go back to Cinderella's rental store again.

I haven’t even visited this business but the owner was at a trunk or treat with glo church very rude if that was her husband with her he was nice but she was just downright rude wouldn’t recommend and she shouldn’t be at a trunk or treat for kids with that attitude

OMG!!! Found this place on Google search. The amount of dresses available to me was not only what I was looking for but was also breath taking! If you're looking for anything formal, prom-like, wedding gear, or gala event style...look no further!! Stop here and it's almost a 90% guarantee that this place will be your last stop and possible future stop. Prices are reasonable and there's also rentals available!! Prices were amazing as well! I almost thought I was being punked. I didn't even know this low-key store existed. Thank u, Google search!!

This place is a hidden gem! I mean from the amazing amount of dresses to the most knowledgeable and patient lady, that I'm assuming owns/ runs the place, you can't go wrong coming here! They take the time to measure you, do minor alterations if needed, and you have the option to rent or buy the dress!! We rented a dress this past May for my daughter's prom and were so beyond pleased that we just returned and instantly found her homecoming dress! We would be lost without this place. I mean who really wants to spend hundreds of dollars on something they will never wear again? Thank you Cinderella's for all you do!

The lady that runs this place has an awful attitude she yells at customers and berates employees in front of customers. She also buys a lot of the dresses she rents out from goodwill. There are needles all over the floor, the fire escape is blocked, and to top it all she charges people $5 to use her fitting room. I've never heard of a place doing that until I came to here.

This place is amazing - it truly is the closet of a princess. I found a gorgeous gown for my son's wedding at a great price (buying or renting, the prices cannot be beat). I rented for the event and it was easy, professional and FUN! Anyone needing a formal dress for any event, I urge you to go here first - you get to try on several dressed to find the look/style you like, they take care of all of the details & your job is to look great. I am actively looking for another reason to go back!

I got a dress here after about an hour, maybe an hour and a half of searching. I’m a bigger girl so I was nervous but I was blown away by how kind, considerate and patient the woman helping me was. I cannot for the life of me remember her name, I only remember she was not the owner. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to clothes shopping and she made it a fun and meaningful experience. The entire time I was there it was just a long pep talk about self-image and loving yourself. She was so helpful in finding a dress and so kind to me. I loved it here and I definitely recommend it to others.
