I has this company perform my final military move. I had a 55 inch TV in my master bedroom. They stole it, my child's bed was broken along with several other furniture items. Be careful using this company because some of their folks have sticky fingers and heavy hands!

They had 3 days to unpack our storage unit & repack everything into a moving truck. 1 day they were 1 hr late & left early. Day 2 & 3 they were rushing & broke a lot of my items. They tried to hide it. They had to reload my things into a semi. Now that I'm unpacking things & finding more broken items. Asked about their policy on things they break, nobody had an answer. Gave 1 star cause they had one employee that did work hard.

We are military PCSing overseas for the first time. We've never dealt with movers and heard so many horror stories. I highly doubt anything bad will happen to our stuff thanks to Chieftain Van Lines :)They were extremely professional, super kind, and very through in their packing.They brought us any valuable items to ask before packing, didn't pack any trash lol, and while packing items definitely made sure they were secure. Highly recommend.

The team both on pickup and delivery was professional, friendly, asked for direction, took great care of our belongings and protected our homes from potential damage. The cost was reasonable. We were able to store our belongings on the trailer during the almost 8 weeks between pickup and delivery. We appreciate the great communication and follow up! Highly recommend!

We used Chieftain Van Lines for our move from Omaha NE to Leander TX , They are very friendly, honest , people. From the owner to the movers, I could not have asked for a better experience. Our furniture was protected by blankets, our rails were covered by them with other blankets. After arriving in Leander, the driver Randy had two other men help for the unloading, also very pleasant and careful with our items. I highly recommend them for your moving, whether in town or long distance. They will give you peace of mind.

We used Chieftain for a move from Louisiana to Omaha a little over two years ago. I have been bragging about them ever since. I packed most of my belongings, but had them pack fragile items. Everything arrived in excellent condition and earlier than our estimated arrival date. The two gentlemen who moved everything were so friendly, professional and efficient. We had to use a different mover to come back to Louisiana a month ago and the experience was horrible. It made me long for the amazing service Chieftain provided.

We have used Chieftain Van Lines for three different moves. All three homes were 3500 square feet or more and I can honestly say that every piece of furniture arrived perfectly. The movers were consistently polite, on time and were diligent workers. We never felt like we had to micromanage them or advise them in any way. All we had to do was pack our items and Chieftain Van Lines handled everything else. Moving is stressful, but their employees did everything they could to help make it a smooth transaction. They covered our floors to protect the wood and carpet, they handled items carefully and treated us respectfully with every move. We highly recommend this business and don't understand the poor reviews. Keep in mind, the people moving your items are going to treat you as well as you treat them. Lugging heavy furniture all day isn't an easy job. If you are understanding and treat the employees with respect, they will do the same for you and your belongings.
