“My daughter's car needed some repair. I stopped by at Don and Ron's CARSTAR Collison because one of my friend recommended to me. I could not be more happier with the service. Dennis explained the process in details and gave us an estimate that was reasonable compared with other companies in town. We received the car few days ago, and it looks amazing...they even cleaned up the inside the car -- which it was a nice detail. “My bumper almost fell off in traffic due to someone hitting it and fleaing. I was right next to this establishment and decided to nicely ask if they had a spare zip tie so I can make it back home to Iowa. They said they did but he also said I can do you one better. The man got my keys from me. Pulled my vehicle in the garage and had them fix my car bumper so that it would not be dragging and cause an even bigger accident. I called my insurance company and told them I will be taking my business here to get my car bumper replaced due to their extreme professionalism and the quickness they got it done. ? +A to this amazing business. “I brought in a Saturn sedan that had been in a front end collision. I had loaned the car to a friend. Tim told me that the parts might be difficult to locate because the Saturn is not made anymore, but I said I would want to repair the damage if possible, and that I would pay the bill (as far as insurance was concerned the car was totaled). Tim was able to locate the necessary parts, the car was repaired, and the job was very impressive to look at. Tim was great to work with, he was accurate in his estimate of the total cost, and the customer service was great. Not only was the damage from the accident repaired but the car was clean and polished and looked totally renewed when we picked it up. I am totally impressed with the job that was performed here.”

“Best body shop I have been too! Hands down customer service and quality work. They treat you like family there. We support local business and they are a hidden gem in the Omaha area. My wife is a particularly person. Mind you her Jeep only has 2800 miles on it and has had it over a year. We have have had bad experience with a chain of body shop that’s in Omaha so we were hesitant to begin with. In April our Jeep and Ram got hit hard and they were fixed perfectly. So the storm came back in June and her Jeep was hit again! They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I was actually given the shop truck to drive as well in stead of an economy rental car that insurance would only cover. So if you need any body glass dent repair trust me just be paitent and go to Jody’s! They are busy for a reason because they do above standard repair.”
