“There's a difference between a satisfied customer and a happy customer. Just got back from driving my 55-year-old car after a repair here, and I can't stop grinning! They did the work I asked for, and did some minor work I mentioned but said they didn't have to, and did it for about half the price I'd anticipated! They are good -- that's why there's always a 2-week waiting list. Gonna send them a Christmas card this year, if that says anything...”

Kim in the office was great to conversate with while I waited and my mechanic, Chris, really took the time to identify the issue and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He got my car running, Im was very happy! He took the time to look at other things I might need done and I got the vibe he was being transparent on the work when he didn't upsell me.

“I walked in at 5:40 on Friday evening, cutting it close to closing time, and said "hey, I wanna buy some tires." Didn't need install, so I hoped I could be in and out before 6, everyone could go home on time, but I didn't realize the tires I wanted were only in stock at their district office. I figured hey, that's my fault and I can figure out how to pick them up from wherever on Monday. But NO! I wish I could remember the advisor's name, cos he was super helpful, and he assured me they'd have them brought up to this very shop ASAP, and he and his tech stayed past closing time to receive the tires, check me out, and help load them in my car. 10/10, above and beyond helpful, no notes”

“This was my first time at West Omaha Auto for an oil change. Have had a few people talk about them and decided to try it out. Service was good and everything seemed to go well. Paid and staff said there were no concerns with my car after oil change. I didn't get any service record when I paid and didn't know if this was normal or not and I forgot to call later to check. I will have to call, no big deal but nice to have a record. Thank you!”
“I've taken two cars for auto mechanical repairs thus far and have been very happy. I used to use Jensen, but the quality at the location I went to dropped dramatically, so I had to venture out of my comfort zone. I used Dingman's for collision repair before and was very excited they opened a mechanical repair shop, too. It's not far from home and the people are very professional. They advise, but don't upsell. I hate upselling, so was pleasantly surprised they didn't do that. From a couple of oil changes to a brake replacement, they've been fair and helpful and priced competitively. I'm sold for life.Services: Auto brake repair”

“One of the most trustworthy places I’ve ever brought my car too. They fixed my 2009 Civic in 2023 and this past month, extending its usability. Both times my car was running better after bringing it to the shop than before and had no issues that needed to be checked again. They also are very fair with prices and will give you an honest answer on what’s really wrong with your car so that you don’t overspend. Highly recommend bringing your car here even just for a check up to prevent issues that may occur. I’ve saved thousands by not having to buy a new car yet”
