I moved in February 2023. It has been one problem after another. First it was the refrigerator which looks to have never been updated needed replacing which they did. Great. Then it started getting warmer outside and we noticed our A/C wasn't cooling. Well we dealt with that for awhile. Ended up getting a new unit. It still doesn't cool the apt since I live on the top floor it won't cool anything under 70. My bedroom is about 2 to 3 degrees warmer. They have new management recently she doesn't Maintenance is short staffed. Parking is a nightmare and we have neighbors that like to slam doors. All those I can handle but the AC is a huge deal breaker. I wont be signing another lease for sure.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There’s no maintenance, no one answers the office line. My closet has mold for a month now, my fridge is leaking and the screen on my front room need replacing and no help, no response and no one cares. But you should pay for these living conditions. I am about to write my 90 days notice. I won’t be signing another lease! It’s disgusting here!

This complex is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. My AC unit has not worked since last summer. There is no management and the office lady dodges calls. There is no way to communicate with them whatsoever. It’s now June and my apartment has been over 85 degrees for 2 weeks and I cannot get any response from management. If you’re thinking about renting here just save yourself a headache and DON’T !

Hi. I really like it here at Parkview Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful, the accommodations are very nice, and when you have a problem, they jump right on it and fix it. You can’t ask for a much better experience. For example, I was having problems with my air conditioner in my unit, and I called maintenance. They were running behind schedule, they came out anyway, and got the unit up and running and change the filter as well. They discovered there was no filter in the unit, and Marvin went out of his way to replace it. He was excellent. Once again, I love it here at Parkview Apartments, and I think you will too.Once again, i had work done on our heating and cooling unit. The gentleman who stopped by today spent close to 3 hours working continuously on our heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned all coils, and had both our inside unit, as well as the outside unit completely taken apart. I could hear him using forced air to clean parts of the outside unit and in one case, he used water from our kitchen sink to clean some part of our inside unit. He was very friendly, and I assure you he was most dedicated to the task. He did say that we need a thinner filter installed on our inside unit, but he probably told you that as well. I am completely satisfied by his work and dedication to the task. Of course I don’t know much about heating and cooling repairs, but I can assure you he examined our unit thoroughly, and it will probably run very well for a long time to come.

Very quiet for apartments. Parking is a nightmare.
