Had a nice experience when I went here yesterday to renew my driver's license. I was in and out in about 20 min. The people there were friendly and helpful and very efficient.

Regret going to this joker DMV. Driving tests arrived at 10am than was told to come after lunch, after waiting for 2 hours. Rude blonde lady and the Jesse guy too. Don't go here please no matter how desperate you are.

The attitudes of the ladies are extremely poor. The communication lacks and I have never been in a government office or any dmv and have had such a bad experience with the behavior of the employees. This is not the first time I have had to go here but it will be the last. Rather drive to sarpy any day.

Blonde lady working there was super rude. I couldn't hear her directions to me and asked her to repeat them, and she yelled them at me. She had a very bad attitude.

Open 2 days a week and the staff is out to lunch half of thier operation time. 10/10 recommendation to never go to this dmv the odds of finding a employee are slim to none. I had to go to Saunders county in Wahoo to renew my license so I recommend you go there.

Weren't in until Thursdays and Fridays only. Closed this Thursday 21 .should have books for driving though some people don't use computers

Please list on this site that you are closed . The paper on the door doesn't help if I drive 50 miles to see this. Really irritating. This website website says your open today July 14th 2022.

Nobody gets excited about going to the DMV. It's just one of those things we all have to do. The only thing that's frustrating about the Cass County DMV is their hours, but I think the staff float between here and Otoe. However, the way Cass County is growing, I do hope that the DMV will add another staff member and/or day that they will be open. It would make a big difference! The staff members here are as efficient as they can possibly be, though. They don't dally or waste time, and I appreciate that. So bring a book and your patience, and it'll all work out just fine. :)

To say it nice, this DMV is frozen in time. A true DMV. That’s the way we like though? Time is money. Let’s upgrade CASS county!! Inaccurate hours posted online. Out to lunch sign on the door when they’re only operating 2 days a week, come on?
