The Red on the Frozen Icee machine has been broken 3yrs.
They blame Maintenence.
I blame Corporate.
Parking: Fix the damn machine!
Kid-friendliness: The Red side of the Frozen Icee Machine has not worked for at least three years.
They say it's the Maintenence man's fault, but I doubt that he just refuses to fix it, and if he's too busy that's corporates fault for not gettin it fixed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fix the Red!!!!!!

I ordered 2 large pizzas on the app. I live about 25 mins away. I get there to grab my pizzas, when i get home and open the boxes they made me 2 medium pizzas, but im still charged for large?! I try to call them but I'm on hold for over 15 mins and still no answer! Not going to this Caseys anymore.

So it was a nice casey’s and I can’t complain. However, I was disappointed that they were all out of pizza when I visited. However, it was late and they had people taking out whole pizzas so it is understandable. The rest of their food looked pretty good. The store looked clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get a drink with no issues. The gas section is good because it has a place for diesel which is likely great if you have a big 18 wheeler or other big truck (so you aren’t taking up space for others in the normal gas area). Great place to stop. Check em out!

Stopped to get food and drink for the night at 10:45pm because they are supposed to close at midnight but all the lights are off and employees are still inside cleaning up and closing down.

I was driving through town, and the service was one of the worse places I’ve been, the GM on duty was in a bad mood and very rude, and I will stop anywhere else but there.

The service was horrible. I listened to the general manager yell at the employees and leave. Poor management!!! Will never go again.
