I bought shades and a new vanity from the Pierce store. The customer service was amazing! They kept me informed about any changes or updates on my order and were very informative about the selections they had. I will definitely come back!!

I would give a zero.... but I guess they did answer the phone when I called. They came out once for measurements. Never called back and never sent an estimate. I called again thinking I would get a different response. It was different. Instead of wasting my time with coming out for measurements they just took my name and said they would call back. That was two weeks ago. This review is mostly for me to remind myself to stay clear.

I did not enjoy working with this company at all and I have no interest in doing business with them again. It has nothing to do with their product or the man who installed our cabinets. I was pleased with the end result, but lining up instillation was a nightmare.I ordered our cabinets in March and never received a call from them. I ended up calling them in July to check on the status of my order. The woman on the phone let me know my order arrived in June. She said I was never notified because they don't have anyone to install it and that she would call me when she did. She did not apologize, and honestly seemed annoyed that I had called.She ended up attempting to line up installation during a week that I was on vacation and had no service because I was out of the country. I called back as soon as I got back and was very apologetic. She told me she would reach out again when they had a new instillation date available.I never heard from them, so I called back in September. During this call, she made it sound like it was now my responsibility to find someone to install my cabinets. At this a point I was quite upset, so I made my frustration clear. She then magically found an instillation time for me that week.When delivered one set of cabinets was badly broken, which is not a big deal. Mistakes like this happen. It was replaced and installed in December.Overall, I was very disappointed in this company's lack of customer service skills and would not recommend them.

Mandy at Carhart Kitchen & Bath was fantastic! Scheduled a meeting to quote our kitchen within days of our phone call and made suggestions that were SPOT ON what I was envisioning! She also helped me stay within budget. Countertops arrived within scheduled date and were delivered as soon as they came in! I’ve been so happy with our new countertops and am sure they will bring many blessed memories to our kitchen!

I recently purchased a house in Norfolk. The house was new, the entire house has a 1 year builders warranty and Carhart Kitchen and Bath did the bathrooms in the house. In the master bath the shower is an material called Onyx, so 4 pieces to the shower, not including the door. After about a month in the house I noticed water leaking onto the floor, after jumping from contractor to contractor for someone to take ownership of the issue it finally came back to Carhart K & B. It took at least 3 phone calls to get a hold of the person I needed to after multiple messages. It has been at least 3 weeks since they said they would come to look at the shower. To say the least I resealed (caulked) the shower myself. I had minor damage to the baseboard trim and I hope there is no water damage in the walls or the floor. Luckily I'm fairly good with home repairs or who knows how much water damage could have been done. Carhart Kitchen & Bath are not reliable at all, you just can't count on them or take them for their word. This is one business I will NEVER have do any work for me ever, and if someone asks me for a recommendation, I will tell them to stay away from Carhart Kitchen & Bath.
