“Overall, a good shopping experience at JCPenney! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the limited selection of jeans and pants for boys aged 8-12. In particular, there was only one color option available in size 14 regular—definitely not ideal when shopping for variety. Other than that, the rest of the store had a great selection, and I appreciate the quality and service they offer. Would be perfect with a wider range of boys' clothing options!”

Excellent choice to represent their brand. It was a nice welcome to Nebraska, as I just arrived. Clothes were very well displayed and easy to find. Very pleasant atmosphere.”
“My daughter has cerebral palsy and uses a brace on her left leg, causing her to need two different sizes of shoes, for everything... as you can imagine that can add up! The ladies were so gracious and creative in their problem solving with helping me only need to purchase one pair of jazz shoes even though she could’ve taken advantage of the situation (like so many places have done before, they just see $$$$)!! She introduced us to the spacers for the heels we only needed one pair and she helped us pick ballet slippers that were affordable enough to afford two pairs in both sizes!! They made me cry with how amazing they were and they were absolute angels to my daughter!! I’m so grateful to them and will always bring them my business!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! ????”

“This is a JC Penny, standard alone for the Salon. In the Salon there is a Stylist named Joanne. She is perhaps the best Stylist in the Omaha Metro Area. If she's got openings, and you can get in, you might experience the superb service and wonderful customer support she provides.”
“The young blonde photographer that worked on Saturday was lovely. She was very patient with my children and forthright about the prices of each item. The pictures were very cute and we will return. Instead of spending $650 on some fancy overlays and an outdoor session, we paid 1/6 of the price and were just as, if not more, satisfied with the result. Groupon for the win! The Shutterfly digital album was easy to access and available the same day. It was very easy to use. Polite staff, cute photos and an efficient process. I couldn’t ask for much more!”

“This shop is my favorite, If i am looking for something i always check here first before going to others! I don’t usually leave reviews but today I stopped into the store and i had a wedding to go to and needed a last minute outfit. so within 20 minutes the girl working the store today was amazing and helped me pick out a whole outfit within 20 minutes and i left satisfied! Great staff and great shop! She even went above and beyond and started looking up shoes that would be best with my outfit and stores that had them close by since they didn’t have the shoes in store.”
