It'd be nice if you could pull into the parking lot without breaking the leg or not going to wheel off your car and it's such a big chuck holes and cracks and broken concrete that it's completely unsafe to drive on let alone walk on as far as picking up the prescription it's a joke because they usually have a line all the way around the building because they shut the window down so often and bottom line is they are more expensive than other pharmacies

The pharmacy's in store service and the experience at the drive through are both excellent. The pharmacy's staff are quite proactive in their approach and prove to be a perfect bridge between the PCP and the patient for seamless delivery of medication in time.

Great pharmacy, things are usually in stock, but the potholes in the parking lot are ridiculous. If my car was lower to the ground, it would have been severely damaged thanks to how bad the entire parking lot is, someone needs to get it fixed.

Their parking lot is in horrible condition! Gravel roads are in better shape. They should be ashamed of themselves. And it has nothing to do with spring/winter expansion. It is always like this.

Pharmacy hours are 8 am - 8 pm, but they are not available to assist or allow customers to get the OTC medication that is locked behind the pharmacy counter at 1:45pm. Store employees attempted to help an elderly lady find something in the area but ended up having the lady find it herself. if pharmacy was on lunch, hours should be corrected and posted. It looked like they were just sitting by their computers.

December 17, 2022: Had Doctor office fax script to this pharmacy. Got there and they did not have one item. The tech asked someone filling if it could be filled at another Walgreens. The answer was yes. Drove to the other Walgreens several miles away and was told no. Needed a script faxed to them. Called Nurse. She called this pharmacy. Whoever answeded the phone said, "it is ready It was nready for pickup"..It was not! Called Nurse again. She faxed the second pharmacy with new script and meds filled without issue. However I wasted almost two hours of travel time and phone calls due to this locations lack of customer service and communication with each other behind the counter.

I called to ask if they had a prescription in stock. After navigating the useless phone menu and waiting on hold, I finally got through to someone who said they didn’t have it. I ask if they could check the inventory of other Walgreens stores in the area so I don’t have to waste as much time calling them as I did calling this one. The pharmacist said “I don’t have time” and hung up on me.

NO PICK-UP ORDERS at the current moment. Just want to save others the trouble I had today. Even though it says it’s possible online. I wasted my day dealing with this Walgreens that ended with a formal complaint to corporate. Manager on duty lied about not having items in stock and refused to give his name, so I could inquire with customer service hotline about the inconvenience I experienced today. Amanda, a manager from the customer service, was very professional with helping me file the complain and said I will receive a call Monday from Sam, the store manager. Will update after.***Sam, the store manager, did get back to me Wednesday. He admitted he wasn’t aware the device for online orders wasn’t working and and he would have a talk with his shift leader James about the incident. I was not able to get a cash refund but I agreed to the original agreement I had with James of getting the amount as cash rewards for the inconvenience. I’m satisfied with that. And have switch my review to three stars instead of two.

Nice staff and always helpful, but HORRIBLE with cleanliness. These bathrooms are disgusting. Even the location in bad part of town has cleaner bathrooms than this. This is just GROSS. Someone needs a 101 on how to clean and disinfect a bathroom. Especially with all the covid and flu going around. I had to dry my hands on my shirt because I didn't want to touch the paper towel machine. And to think, my camera made these look far better than what they were.
