Was told to drive 60 miles to get our phone unlocked by customer service, and a 3rd party Verizon store. Got to this store and they turned us away. Said "they couldn't help, don't do that and wouldn't give us a time of day" so we stopped at another 3rd party Verizon store to buy another phone for the time being, they said this store could have easily helped unlocked our other phone "it's the corporate store" but probably didn't want to. They are just in it to make the sales and rush customers in and out... wife is pregnant due in a few days the lady here didn't care, no customer service, inhumane employees... the 3rd party verizon store we stopped at at least got us in a new phone with the same number incase she goes into labor and needs assistance... I wouldn't recommend this verizon store if you need anything

Went and got an upgraded phone. Matt was not very helpful with trying to set up phone. Verizon really need to work on their customer service. Employees were more interested in talking with each other than helping customers.

I hate this Verizon store! I recently switched to my husbands plans year ago, we spent hours making me an authorized user and switching from our own personal lines to a family plan, just to go in today with my two kids under 5 wait 1 hour for them to tell me they can’t help me I’m not an authorized user in this account. 1 hour with 2 kids, you are telling me you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t an authorized user when you looked up our account and checked us in. Worst place ever chose a different store the customer services is awful. No loyalty to long term customers.

Too busy before lunch we had to wait an hour But my boss had lost his flip phone. So we ended up waiting for it to charge a bit. And I talked to them about my phone and plan And service and I am probably going to end up switching to Verizon. When I went to kansas to watch the eclipse I had no service outside of omaha and in two towns with team mobile ?

I stopped in for a billing issue. The staff went to customer service on the phone. They did not allow me to talk on the phone and did not give all the information. I did not resolve the issue. I tried to explain the matter but the staff would not let me explain. I do not recommend going to this location for your needs.

I always hope to get Adam when I have to go into this location. He is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He never rushes me and never makes me feel dumb with questions I may have about a device or how things work! Top notch employee!

Long time Verizon customer and new to this location. I was greeted immediately and was able to get help rather quickly. Kendy did a great job understanding my needs and was able to answer all of my questions.

My phone was working but the screen was blank, I went in to replace my phone and asked if they could transfer my info from my old phone (samsung) to the new (samsung). I was told since they could not access my old screen they could not, but he would try. He raced through the set up program and said yep, can't do it. Only photos and a few contacts. I got into my car pretty upset that I lost all my apps and almost all my contacts. So I tried myself because I swear I had a damaged phone like 8 years ago and it could be done. Low and behold I transfered all the data from my old phone within 15 min. I believe I was charged 29.99 too. For basically nothing. Either this staff does not know what they are doing or they just don't want to spend a few extra minutes to help customers. Never going to this verizon again. FYI, it was not busy I walked right in.

I hated version from the beginning but they have the best coverage area... I called them when my daughter got home for the summer to downgrade her plan cuz she didn't need that plan just for around the house but verzion never did it but then told me it was done and then I've been with them for years and they told me some of my discounts would be taken away.... They can't seem to get anything straight you can beat next year I'm switching

Excellent advice for support regarding an network extender. Called the number provided and got the problem resolved. Bravo Verizon on have an knowledgeable and customer responsive support team both at the store and on the phone. That's the way to keep customers.
