Been to every place in Omaha and their hospitality is top notch...to add on to my previous review these guys go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience I bought a disposable vape left opened it and it was burnt beyond burnt brought it back showed the worker and he replaced it without questions and the new one was great just got a bad apple and it happens no other shop would do this... highly recommend my girlfriend constantly switches vapes and they are always there to help her find something new. Switched from smoking to vaping and haven't gone back. Prices are pretty average and fair. Park around back or across the street when going to this location, as parking right up front can be hard. A little hard to back out on dodge sometimes.”

“I've been a regular at x-hale hookah for over 3 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the hookah that they serve in lounge is always made perfect and consistent every time. They also use a stainless steel mesh on top of the bowl to manage the heat and deliver a smooth long lasting session. The seatings are very comfortable, they have TVs and music playing in the background, it def provides you with perfect vibe in a traditional hookah lounge. If you get the chance to visit x-hale make sure to check out their retail floor, they have very interesting products that you won't find anywhere else in town. By far they have the largest hookah retail and accessories that you would find in town. I highly recommend this place, it's def worth checking out.”

“Yesterday when I left for work I dropped my mod and shattered my tank. I do a lot of driving for my job. I stopped at several vape shops I saw during the course of my work day. They were mainly head shops and only sold nic salt stuff. This is fine but not what I was looking for. L&L vape at 168th & Maple was on my long drive home and I really wanted to vape so I stopped there. The associate working "Justice " was super helpful. She checked if she could replace the glass on my tank and when we discovered the mod itself was trashed helped me find an affordable mod-tank setup. Incredible customer service that is not often found. This store will do its best to meet your needs.”

“Decently priced Kratom, an assortment of glass and good price on whip. Only limitation right now is that they fall mid range for Omaha Kratom prices (I haven't tried the product they chose to carry so unsure if it's worth the price point) and the location is a little awkward to find. This as well as the fact that they aren't using a loyalty program like other other local glass shops have are the reasons why I can't go full 5* but the guy was nice and helpful today, so I imagine I will return occasionally and eventually discover a reason to fine tune my rating.”
