My husband needed to cancel the phone service of a family member who died and was not having luck doing it through the phone. He went into the US Cellular shop and Jasen Withuhn stepped up to help him through this process, which took about 15 minutes on the phone. He went out of his way to help - way above and beyond his regular duties. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Jasen.

When we went into the store, we got warm welcomes from all the staff and received amazing service from our sales consultant Ryan LaMaster. He did a great job explaining the whole process and give me and my Boyfriend lots of really good tips that we will definitely use very professional and never tried to sell is anything that we don't need. He was definitely the best part about my upgrade. 10/10 recommend, Ryan if you read this Thank you again for the amaIng help and patience, We really hope you will enjoy your new virtual position, and that you get all that you truly deseve.Thank you again ?

My girlfriend needed a new phone, so we ended up having the pleasure of being helped by Ryan LaMaster. We must have asked him 100 questions about pricings, plans, etc, and he was professional, polite, and pleasant. He was very open with everything we asked about; he never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need, and was nothing but helpful the whole time. Ryan if you see this, enjoy the heck out of your new virtual position from home with your cat, you 100% percent deserve it!
