Would give 0 stars if possible, I went in the get a check and they refused to do anything with my account, then when I went to try and close my account because of their disrespectful attitudes and refusal of service, they refused and told me I needed to leave. Disrespectful ladies that work there. No professionalism whatsoever. I will be contacting customer support, Filling a complaint, and closing all my U.S bank accounts. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. Terrible bank and stupid fees. Never choose u.s bank. I’d rather bank with a fraud.

Man I’m working 7 days a week 12 hrs a day and I literally don’t have time to do anything. I came in at 658pm and the 2 young ladies where able to cash my check. Really helped me out a bunch . Thankyou Shelby and Jenny

Charge 36 dollars for going negative $6.32. Keeping the poor poor and stealing money where you can. This place is a poor excuse for a bank and all they want is to take peoples money.

I love the fact this location has hours longer than regular branches and it's usually fast service. Great staff that are always willing to help.

This particular location is just a pain. I called because I needed petty cash for my business, however they said because I don't have a business account I can't get petty cash. SORRY that I was being honest! It shouldn't matter if I have a business account with them or not, I have a personal account. Earlier in the year I was thinking about changing my business to them, but after this not any more I'll stick with Great Western. I'll also be shopping banks, to see where to move my personal banking to since they obviously don't want my business.

Great people knowledgeable and helpful. Matt (The Manager)works very hard to make sure customer service is top priority. Always had great a experience. Can be busy at times and people need to learn patience.

The Manager and his assistant didn't want to spend time to open a Checking Account for us. Thank you. We will go to another bank!
