Wish I could give 0 stars. We took our dog in for an injury to his toenail with potential infection. After seeing him for 15 minutes they tried to rush him into an unnecessary surgery. These people don’t care about your pets, just a quick money grab. Seek a second opinion and avoid this place if at all possible.

Outrageously expensive. Spent thousands of dollars and received no diagnosis. My cat was sent home with a list of places to have her euthanized. Took her to a different vet who actually treated her and she is much better now. No thanks to this urgent care

We want to thank Dr. Starks and her staff for the excellent care of our very sick 6 month old puppy. Dr. Starks was honest and direct about what we were facing and the possible outcomes. It didn't take us long to realize we came to the right place. Nobody wants to take their pet to Urgent Care late at night, but if you must, this is the place to come. I only wish we could bring all our pets here for regular vet care!

I had to take my dog in because the poor guy was covered in hives. They brought him back so quickly, we had to wait maybe 5 minutes was all! They went over everything in detail and sent us home with written instructions too. Couldn’t be happier with the care we received!

When our senior boy Russ took a tumble on our hardwood floor, over Labor Day weekend, we brought him here expecting a fall related diagnosis. Staff were friendly and well organized. After the recommended workup we received terrifying news from Dr. Starks, Russ had a bleeding tumor on his spleen that had a high chance of being aggressive cancer. Vet did an amazing job of compassionately explaining her findings and possible treatment plan.
We choose to move forward with an emergency splenectomy to stabilize Russ and get biopsies of the mass. During surgery and recovery we received frequent call and text updates. We were even able to visit the day after surgery. Pricing was transparent and we never felt pushed to make a particular decision. I will say with how expensive emergency medicine is we were very grateful for our pet insurance and Care Credit card.
Urgent Pet Care truly took amazing care of our dog and gave him a fighting chance.
Thankfully biopsy results came back yesterday as benign!

My ferret Walter was in pain and dying and they refused to put him out of his suffering and instead tried to send me to the humane society which was closed and then sent me to a location in West Omaha under the same name. You’re sick people, how can you look at a dying animal and basically say ‘sorry can’t help, drive 30 minutes out to a place that’s closed on Sunday’s’. My poor Walter was in pain for way too long.

Worst front end staff EVER! Pick and chose to whom they want to be nice too. Will never go back due to the staff! Asked to speak to the supervisor or doctor on staff and saw the doctor and but no managers on site. Both of these people need to be fired

Savannah is so mean. She freaked out on me and doesn’t care about my dog. She told me to just let my dog suffer and then yelled at me and hung up the phone because she was “interrupted” by my crying not knowing what to do about my dog, because she wouldn’t answer the simple question of “what do you suggest.” I can’t even wrap my brain around how she can have such a bad attitude about helping animals. Find a different profession and leave room for someone who actually can handle it and wants to help our babies… you’re evil ?

I have had to use the services here on two separate occasions, each time with a different pup. They are very prompt, listen to my concerns, and treat my pets with careful consideration. Prices were presented prior to initializing treatment and only proceeded when I knew what everything would cost. They offer all forms of payment, excluding checks, including care credit. They are very empathetic and compassionate and listen to my concerns about my fur babies and explain the treatment before proceeding. I would highly recommend their services.

We took our dog in after being attacked by another dog. The front desk was very professional and friendly. The asst vet and the vet were very professional and saw we were very upset and concerned about our dog. They assured us that he would be fine and took care of his wounds.

We are on a roadtrip, and realized that something was wrong with our pup. The team here worked fast to figure out what was wrong, and offered options based on the fact that we were halfway to our destination (MI to CO). They are making it possible to safely bring him to our destination, so we didn’t have to work around coordinating treatment here while we’re 10+ hours away. We are so grateful to the team at urgent pet care of Papillion!

We were unable to take our vomiting dog to our regular vet. Dr. Starks and her staff were great to work with. Daisy needed X-rays and a subsequent barium series, so she spent the night. Dr. Starks throughly explained what would happen, and we received updates throughout the night. Pricing is transparent as treatment evolves...no surprises. Highly recommend!!

I really appreciate the hospitality and the kindness. My puppy was taken into the exam room before they even asked any of my information. This was my first pet incident and first time attending their office i highly recommend their services!
