I went in for some extreme sinus infection and flu like symptoms. After some negative tests they sent me on my way with ought discussing any other options. I even got a second opinion at a different clinic, and was medicated and called off work due to the severity. If you want to get no care and a big fat bill after, go here.

Horrible experience with the billing department, would not recommend to anyone. Can't get through to anyone in the billing department, I have called multiple times.

everyone here has always been so kind and wonderful to my kids and I. We are always able to get in at a reasonable time. This is by far the best urgent care in the area

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I filled out some paperwork Saying I was allergic to claritin. The nurse that took care of me whn I went in was very sweet but I told her I was allergic to claritin and she wrote it down. The Doctor was good, but his instructions were to go home and take CLARITIN!!? Did he even read my chart?

I followed my doctor here from a previous clinic She was working at. She's super amazing. She listens to all my needs and concerns. Staff is always friendly and pretty fast. I really really trust this place and the care that I receive not just for myself but for my children as well.

Setup Appointment & did necessary paperwork online very easy! Receptionist was very nice! Staff was very helpful, professional and got my health issue taken care of, very little wait time. I plan to use them in the future.

We always have a great experience at Nextcare Papillion. Yesterday, my son needed to be seen right away per daycare, they got us in right away without an appointment and he got the medication he needed. Everybody is always very friendly and helpful.

Don’t know how to pick up the phone. Waited on hold for 25 minutes and no pick up. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Very Friendly Staff.Jennifer the PA. was very thorough, helpful and kind. I hope the next time I need to go to the Next care Urgent Care that she is there.Also the PA's I've had in the past have all been wonderful ?
