The stylists are so friendly and chatty it makes time fly by. I'm always so pleased with my salon services. The whole experience is quite pleasant.

Really unprofessional to have an employee who works there messaging other hairstylists clients and bad mouthing them, trying to sabotage someone else’s hair business and steal their clients . Defamation of character . Classless

This location always has terrible customer service. I hate buying from this store but do so occasionally since it's convenient. I try to just walk in and out as a quickly as I can because it never fails that at least one employee is rude. They sure do a lot of standing around and customer-avoiding. The last two times I've been there, when it comes time to check out they ask for my phone number. I always politely decline to give out personal information and it never fails that they push and push and try to get it out of me. Not to mention when finished with the transaction a "thanks, have a good day," or any type of acknowledgement would be kind. Customer service these days is awful.

Bought a 10 in 1 heat protectant spray which honestly was a decent deal. I Amazon searched it and this one of the more affordable locations for this product. Someone greeted me on entrance. The only downside we're the lack of display items some items didn't have a "display" sample or they were empty/broken.

Today this store was FILTHY. Dust and makeup on shelves, broken shelving and the floors don't look like they have been moped for several days. Bathroom also gross. Very disappointed in how yhis store is being ran.

I keep trying this location periodically, but the customer service doesn't improve. 3 women standing at the counter talking to each other and talking about customers while 1 of them work 1 register and the line is super backed up. Being rude must be a prerequisite to work here. I went to pick up my birthday freebie and 1 woman was talking to me and just stopped when her friend arrived and her friend rolled her eyes and talked to me like I was stupid and they were done talking with me and were more interested in each other. The time before that, a UPS guy was bringing in a huge box and I held the door for him and the women at the counter were giggling and having him return it to the truck and bring it back into the store and saying they were making him mad like it was some kind of game. The time before that, a man was trying to get me to buy mascara and was very pushy as I walked into the store and seemed angry I didn't want his stupid mascara. The Council Bluffs location is much nicer. I think I periodically forget why I dislike coming here and need a reminder. Shopping for cosmetics should be fun and relaxing, not stressful.
