I had my eyebrows done at Ulta and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Skyla did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted. My brows look clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. On top of that, she was so kind and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Skyla to anyone looking to have their brows done!

I went in for a brow wax and a hair treatment! I had Skyla as my stylist. She is the absolute sweetest and accommodates whatever you decide. She makes it reassuring for me too. She did awesome and I am definitely coming back to see her!!! Thank you Skyla!

I normally avoid going makeup shopping because it's so overwhelming, and there are so many brands and products and color matching is so hard, but today was the best time I have ever had buying makeup in my life. Meleny walked me through finding exactly what I wanted and then some. I've never been so satisfied with a foundation and concealer color match, and she helped me find the right brush and applicator and showed me a fantastic liquid blush that I feel confident trying out. I'm coming back and asking for her specifically from now on when I have shopping to do. She made a beginner feel confident and capable and I can't wait to continue on my makeup journey!

Really unprofessional to have an employee who works there messaging other hairstylists clients and bad mouthing them, trying to sabotage someone else’s hair business and steal their clients . Defamation of character . Classless

This location always has terrible customer service. I hate buying from this store but do so occasionally since it's convenient. I try to just walk in and out as a quickly as I can because it never fails that at least one employee is rude. They sure do a lot of standing around and customer-avoiding. The last two times I've been there, when it comes time to check out they ask for my phone number. I always politely decline to give out personal information and it never fails that they push and push and try to get it out of me. Not to mention when finished with the transaction a "thanks, have a good day," or any type of acknowledgement would be kind. Customer service these days is awful.
