I came in for an oil change and general upkeep work on a Saturday. I made the appointment about a week before and they got the work done in about an hour give or take. There were no assumed services, and they told me when they didnt think I needed something done yet so I'm not wasting my money. They showed me the air filters and gave me the price estimate so I could decide if I wanted to change them myself or not. They don't do tire replacements from my understanding, but they will give recommendations to other places and still tell you if they think it is necessary. I get nervous about being taken seriously as a woman going to any mechanic because of sexist stories I've heard, but I felt like Tuffy's was upfront with me, honest, and took me seriously.Service: Oil change

Excellent service & customer service. Neff and his team helped my identify the problem and come to a solution without breaking the bank, he actually saved me a couple dollars. Definitely coming back.

I was at a Big O tire in Republic, MO. They said I needed an alignment. I didn’t have time that day so I put it off. Went to Tuffy today to get the alignment done, they got me in quick and got my vehicle on the rack. They then told me that the alignment was good and it would be a waste of money to adjust anything. They didn’t charge me anything and their honesty saved me $80 plus tax! Would definitely use these guys again.

I’m a travel nurse so I rely on my vehicle heavily and I am only in town on the weekends. I called on a Saturday morning asking if they would be able to look at my Ford Explorers brakes, they felt like they were sticking. They said they would work me in. They stayed more than an hour late to figure out what was wrong because they knew I needed my car back that day. They told me it was not brake related but a transmission issue and only charged me for the oil change. They could have changed my brakes and charged me for it even if they didn’t need it and I wouldn’t have known better. I appreciate the honesty and their willingness to stay late.Services: Tires

It was very easy to set up the appointment- I called with a question and they answered right away and were polite. Mike saw I was juggling a newborn and was very kind and opened the door for me to come into the lobby. He was friendly and engaging while writing up my service, offered add-ons and explained them, but wasn’t pushy- which actually encouraged me to get the better package lol10/10 would recommend!

I’m currently commuting between Nebraska and New York State. I needed a reliable and trustworthy source to look over my vehicle for advice regarding regular maintenance to keep me safe in my travels. Neff is amazing! He was able to get me in for an inspection right away and I feel comfortable and confident in the diagnosis I received. Sometimes I am not sure if I am getting taken advantage of because I am a female and I don’t know that much about vehicles. I haven’t experienced anything at all like that when talking to Neff. He broke everything down in a manner I could understand and I trust him. I suggest asking for him if you are seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs at this business. Thank you, Neff!

I gave them a call and they were able to get me in right away. They were transparent and didn’t try to up sell me. The waiting area was clean and they had plenty of refrigerated bottle water and Kcups available for coffee.

They are so nice and have good prices! I previously went somewhere else for a quote and it was much more than what I was charged here and they were so rude. I made an appointment here and just planned on staying until it was done. They had multiple people work on my car so it would be done faster so I didn’t have to wait too long. I’ve always had a great experience at my local Tuffys. I’ve gotten to know the managers, and they know me by name. Our family has five cars and I wouldn’t take them any place else but Tuffys. Fantastic service and really great people.

I came in for a oil change , I take full synthetic and Neff was fantastic about not only giving me 50% off on my oil change but the guys on the team were very thoughtful and thorough about what I needed . Which is huge in my book , I’m pregnant and have my son so an update on what’s needed to keep us all safe is a huge priority, highly recommend to come here for all needs .
