I had an interesting situation. I had to file a claim on a car that was deemed a total loss. I was offered an amount for the claim that was fair, and I took it. Based on that amount; while waiting for the money, I purchased another car based on the amount I was set to receive. Several days later I was sent another settlement for a much lower amount. In processing the claim, State Farm (claims department in Arizona) interpreted the title incorrectly. This did not sit well with me or Thad and his staff. Before I had even called Thad, he was already working on getting this fixed. Even on his day off, calling people higher up, explaining my situation and what transpired. Working tirelessly to fix what was a gut-wrenching experience for his customer. Within hours, I received a phone call from a major supervisor who apologized for this and told me they were going to reinstate the original amount. Within a few minutes I was sent links to input my info to receive the original settlement amount.
One of the best parts of his office is people actual answer the phone. The people who answer the phone can get you the information you need. Always refreshing.
Thad and his staff refused to accept this mix up and did not stop until it was resolved.

Everyone at this office is amazing, kind, and helpful! I had to do back to back claims and they were so kind and understanding! They even let me cry on the phone over it all! 100% would recommend!

Ryan Kellogg from Thad Hamilton's office was so very helpful and extremely patient with me. He explained everything and made the process very easy to switch from our previous insurance company. They saved us over half on our auto insurance, which is pretty amazing in today's economy. We highly recommend Ryan and State Farm!

State Farm in Papillion is the definition of compassion for their customers. I was stuck out of town in a complex situation and Kathy was there for me every step of the way. I was stressed beyond words and she went above and beyond to reassure me everything was going to work out. She walked me through everything. I have always been treated with nothing but respect and understanding when dealing with Kathy or Jill. Always helpful, always prompt, always providing options for my issues, and always understanding. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever had from an insurance company. I even ended up getting my car loan through them.

If you're shopping insurance for home, auto, or both definitely give Thad Hamilton State Farm Agency in downtown Papillion a try. I dealt with agent Ryan Kellogg from start to finish and the service was first class. Initial coverage comparisons and options were quick and concise. Followup questions and policy changes and enhancements happened at my pace via a combination of emails and phone calls in a timely manner but not pushy, very friendly and polite. Same goes for the closing with one last comprehensive review of policy coverages and highlights that was very informative. Any questions that I had were quickly answer and explained. This was all accomplished by emails and scheduled phone calls. I didn't need to go to their office once even though I only live less than 5 minutes away. And best of all great coverage at a more than competitive price. And no this is not a paid ad.
