Lydia that works at this store is not the person to help you. She had a condescending tone, was rude, and felt like she did not care about our interaction. Go to a different t-mobile or mobile associate!

My Sufficient other & I have had T. Mobile for over 2 hrs now....(b 4 that we had different places) & we found that T Mobile DOES have great coverage, good prices in the different plans. T. Mobile IS A GOOD Choice.

Not a single customer in sight when I arrived at this store with a question. Three employees. One promptly greeted me and then proceeded to condescendingly brush me off. This store needs to take customer service tips from the 601 S 72nd Street location.

Lydia provided phenomenal customer service. She helped me solve a legitimate issue that I have tried to resolve previously, with no luck, at a different store and via a customer service phone call. She is a straight shooter, VERY knowledgeable and gets stuff done for her customer! By far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with my phone. I appreciate everything she did to make sure I was taken care of.

Huge shoutout to the team at T-Mobile Towne Center! I came in to get the new iphone 15 pro and Stephanie was the best example of what customer service should be in 2023.She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience getting my new iphone was painless. She worked with me to ensure I got the color and storage I needed. I will gladly go back to this location specifically just to deal with Stephanie and the team at this location!

Lydia was very rude, cussed at me, and didn’t want to sell me a phone because it would “affect her numbers”. All because I didn’t want to get insurance. I am there to buy phone, it isn’t my fault the employer makes it affect your numbers if you don’t up sell me on something. I am very stubborn and am used to people trying to up sell the stuff they are trying to get me to buy. But I am not obligated to get nor should I be cussed at if I do not accept the up selling they are trying to do. Lydia also doesn’t like the fact that me and my husband share different political views. Which why should that matter at your place of employment… it shouldn’t even be brought up. The manager didn’t seem to care about the experience I received and said she would “pass it up to higher management” but we will see if that even happens. Ask yourself this should this be how you are treated when you are simply coming in to do an upgrade? No. Should politics be brought up at your place of employment? No! Highly do not recommend going to this location based on customer service alone! I highly doubt I will be contacted by anyone nor will they even discipline their employee even tho they say they are “all about customer service”

My phone was very old and holding on by a thread. I was very overwhelmed about heading in to T-Mobile and felt very anxious about the experience of finding a new phone and getting everything transferred over. I walked in and immediately met Lydia. What a ray of sunshine and a wealth of knowledge she is. She instantly made me feel comfortable. She made the process easy and flawless. She assured me that she could make everything happen. I felt so taken care of, my needs instantly met and was very impressed with her quality of service. No only was she outstanding at her work but we became instant friends. The transfer of phones was streamlined, I walked out of the store with everything I needed/wanted and more AND I was able to pick up my son in time from football practice. Thank you Lydia and fabulous women boss babes at T-Mobile in Papillion/Shadow Lake. You've got 10 Stars from me! Keep rockin'!!!

My husband upgraded phones and it was so easy! Lydia and my husband joked the entire time and it seemed like the transfer was over in no time. She was very patient and helpful, my husband is far from tech savvy. We also visited not long before this visit because our son’s phone was not charging. We were in and out with a working charging port within minutes. Two thumbs up to the staff!

Walked into T-mobile to switch from US Cellular… we met Lydia. Lydia is the most Amazing Honest person..explained all plans and options. Lydia helps us with any issues we encounter… she says if we EVER have any problems text her! She helps us eveytime no questions asked! I will send anyone I know looking for a new phone carrier to her!

Lydia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! I came in on a Sunday and they were packed . She told me to take her card and number and text her and she would set up a time for me to come back . I promised my daughter a phone for her birthday and she made it happen without ANY ISSUES ! Lydia’s customer service is something that is hard to come by these days ! I haven’t had any issues with my phone and my kids are happy too ! Lydia is one of a kind !
