Have had sleep number for about four years spent a lot as they are not cheap. Went top of the line. Has 25 year warranty. Ha. Prorated is what they do not tell you. Secondly after using warranty and someone coming to my house telling all will be good. Still did not fix the problem. And now they want me to pay to fix it again. And want me to pay shipping. Hmm I would buy a cheap bed before ever purchase another one of these beds from them. Waterbeds were better, even when they popped better. My bed has had issues from day 1. Told them and have never made it right. Was told get use to it. Great sales tatic. I will be getting rid of this bed and making sure all my friends do not ever get 1 without the heads up about terrible service and being lied to.

Madison showed me several beds for me. I was able to try them out & she explained everything very well. She was extremely helpful & informative & I left with a written quote on what I wanted. I know I will end up being her customer!

The sales manager, Courtney, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything, answered all of our questions and was very down-to-earth. The products were rather expensive though.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION! The quality of the product is not what they display in the store and they do not honor their guarantee. When you try to return this most expensive air mattress you will be told the base is a final sale. Please do not even consider a sleep number bed!

I was ready to spend the $8,000 plus dollars for an adjustable bed and the extra money for the $150.00 sheets & the $179.00 bed protector plus other extras but why spend this kind of money when they don’t even give you the remote control that comes with every other adjustable bed out on the market that cost 1/2 of the price. Don’t believe me go see how much mattress firm cost and all their beds come with a remote at no extra cost. If sleep number cares about their customers they may want to include a cheap $40.00 remote and not bend people over for the small things. FYI... they recommend using the phone app and WiFi to control your bed. Hope you internet doesn’t go down.
