I switched Shopko Optical locations as the location on 72nd is much closer to my house. After providing my insurance card to Kayla, she mentioned that it was not correct and for Post/Cataract coverage. After talking to the insurance company and getting nowhere, I finally handed the phone to her to talk with the insurance representative. She ended up fixing the issue herself in the eyemed system and was able to get everything fixed and in a timely manner. I really appreciate her helpfulness and knowledge in the whole process of getting an eye exam and new glasses.

The staff was very helpful with showing me what frames were available in my insurance plan. They were quick and friendly too.

I was SO happy with Miickayla at the Papillion office. She listened to me, reassured me, helped me pick out frames, was very thorough with my order, and saved me money. I went to two other places to get a quote on glasses and did not get the same excellent caring. Thanks Mickayla!!! KUDOS!!

I had ordered glasses and found them not to fit me as I thought they would. Pam was very helpful in assisting me to get a different style frame that would be more comfortable. Shopkeeper Optical is the best.

My first time at shopko optical in Papillion was a 5 star rating as long as you get Kayla I think her name was. She helped me go through a100 frames till I found one. They seem to keep her very busy there and I mean in doing it all except Being the optometrist. I made sure she knew she was a great employee and needed a raise.
