Jackie helped me get what I needed and she was awesome!! First time I shopped at a Sherwin-Williams store. She helped get me a sample quart of a couple of colors. But then also helped me how to fix some damage to my drywall where my dogs scratched. I was originally going to buy my paint at Home Depot because I read Behr was a good brand. But then a YouTuber raved about the Duration line. But Jackie’s knowledge and helped changed my mind. I will be going to the Papillion store for my upcoming painting projects.

My husband and I went in yesterday looking to spend a good chunk of money. We’re starting a project in our home that requires quite a bit of paint. We've never been to a Sherwin Williams but we were eager to visit given some of the stellar reviews this particular location has. We walked in and no one greeted us even though they looked up at us when we walked in. We noticed they were busy with 2 other customers, so naturally, we figured they were a little occupied. No big deal. We stepped off to the side and were looking at the list of prices for paint as they finished helping these 2 customers. 15 or so mins pass, they’re still helping 1 of the 2 customers who were there before us, and eventually 3 other people walk in. We're still waiting... no one has spoken to us, but I did notice 2 of the employees stare in our direction. Neither of them bothered to talk to us. Instead, they greet and IMMEDIATELY start helping the other people who came in after us. This was extremely off putting. Not sure why these employees didn’t bother helping us, and instead helped everyone else who came in after us. Pretty bad experience overall, it was disappointing since we were planning on buying all our paint and tools here. It didn’t seem like these employees cared about our business whatsoever. After 20+ mins or so, we walked out. The general vibe we got from this place and the employees was negative. Glad this doesn’t seem to be a common experience for other people, but for some reason we just weren’t acknowledged.

Wish I remembered the employees name. I brought in a couple color swatches from another paint dealer to match up. Employee asked what my project was, I had a few questions about different paint products. Enamel, flat gloss. I was looking for a hard finish for garage steps. He suggested enamel, also match the swatches from the other store. Perfect, in and out in timely manner. Paint looks great. Definitely go back for next project.

Very rude employees who really showed how little they want to work. Zero customer service skills. Actually make that zero people skills. The two that were there on a recent Sunday morning made it very obvious they did not want to work and were not going to help me. I put in an ordered on line the night before. They canceled the order without explanation. I had to go there to find out why. The explanation was that it happens if they don’t have the product. Why didn’t you call me. We can’t. Then why does it require me to include a phone number. I dunno. No offer to get a different product or anything. So I left. It is pretty sad that Sherwin Williams does not want my business. My advice if you have to have their product is to go to one of their other stores. The one in Papillion is terrible.
