Second time I've visited this location within 9 days and both times have been a waste of my effort & time.Today the inventory of strawberries were full but every package i choose (at least 10) had MOLD!I came last week and this was the same issue. I reported this to customer service but they didn't seem too concerned. This is very unfortunate, i hope they will check their produce supplier

I shop at this location a lot and really like the scan and go option. My only complaint is the last 5 times I have been there they have been out of Franzia Crisp White wine. They always have 100 or so Chardonnay but zero Crisp White.

I definitely prefer some of Costco's items over Sam's, but Sam's provides certain items that Costco doesn't provide. I've always been pleased with the meat selection, fridge meals, and their snack items. I'm really loving the fact that they have fresh lamb in stock almost always. Plus, I think their holiday gift options are better. I agree with my wife that paying through their app is much easier than having to stand in line compared to Costco. Overall this store location is nice, but getting out of the side parking can be tricky when the gas lines are crazy at times.

If you have a set time for pickup, it should be ready by then. I am constantly waiting for my online order to be ready. Today I waited for almost an hour. It is always an issue. Please change your process because people use the pick up for it to be more time efficient and I could have gone in and grab my groceries instead of wasting my time waiting.

Most of the time this location is nicely stocked and easy to navigate their isles. Employees are scattered if needing assistance, but I feel like most are working the check-out lines. I feel the scan and go is what makes using this franchise a little easier compared to others. The few times I've used the restrooms they are somewhat clean but not always stocked with paper towels/toilet paper. Most times you have to get there early to grab their premade meals...especially on the weekends.

If I could leave a negative I would I just keep getting hung up on or get people that don’t know a thing. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I wish I would have spent the money I did on the tires here somewhere else. And also, I know staffing is not their fault, but wow if you pick this place don’t plan on getting in or getting your stuff done at a decent time. They have like one worker that is super stressed out because she is overworked. Not sure I want someone like that working on my tires. Very nice though. Not her fault.

I've been a SAMs member for about 7 years now. What is making me consider leaving and going to Costco is that the company is putting the job on the consumer- to the max! I don't mind self checkout once in a while, but the location in Papillion keeps closing self checkout lanes and workers are telling customers that they need to download the app. There are so many places that are demanding this, not only do I have ring up my own stuff, I have to use my data, internet, and phone battery to checkout!!! I don't think so! None wants or needs anymore apps on their phones. The line for self checkout without the app is always incredibly long and SAMs should take note that people are getting fed up. Why change what is working?

I have been a Costco and Sam’s Club member for over 25 years. At one time I couldn’t tell a difference, however over the years Costco has been blowing you away. We finally had enough with the L Street location being under stocked, terrible service, and a poorly run food court. We went to the papillion location yesterday, to get lunch and pick up a few things. Food court line was back to the restrooms, only one person working behind the counter, tons of staff just standing around by the registers, and after close to a half hour of waiting we are told the ice cream machine is broken and there are no hot dogs. Frustrating! At least he was more competent than the gal on L street that said she could make us a pepperoni pizza to go, but that they were out of the ingredients to make a cheese pizza. SMH

All of it except the gas station part. You need to change the traffic to coming in the opposite way. You have a lot of vehicles that the gas tank is on the opposite side. Make one row of diesel or put diesel in every row. Costco has there’s that way (every row) and traffic moves along a lot smoother & quicker. Just a suggestion. (I’ve seen people get irate over these pumps right now. It scares me that something bad is going to happen.)

We've been using Sam's for a while now for our tires and the membership fees have more than paid for themselves. Being able to get our tires repaired quickly, finding a location open on a Sunday while on vacation, and just in general replacing tires on a budget. Service has been top notch so far.

Notice the gentleman behind this lady? His hands are up waving. This lady in this car at sams decided to try to cut the very long line for gas. She proceeded to put her car in front of mine and cut this poor gentleman off behind her everyone was complaining about her actions it’s so uncalled for and the attendant did nothing to help the situation. Disgusting behavior of this lady. If you know her she should be very ashamed of herself! How embarrassing.

I just bought a Sams Club holiday membership at 50% off online. I was so excited to become a member. That sadly ended once I arrived. The lady at the membership table was very rude to me. She said she doesn't really like online purchases or know how they work. She basically argued with me not wanting to help me. What a way to welcome and treat a new member into your store. Even if I didn't pay full price I should not have been treated like a second class member or of less importance. She wore no nametag so I don't know her name. I am glad I did not pay full price to a store that treated me so unwelcoming as I probably won't be back. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. I won't be recommending anyone to shop at Sams Club. Can you blame me? I won't ever buy a Sams Club Deal again!
