Sam's club was "ok" not a lot of clothing selection..they were out of my vanilla protein shakes ..(I bought chocolate and cafe latte) they did however have lots of huge lobster tails (yes please) and I also bought crab legs and jumbo shrimp! Their rotisserie chicken is a great value! (Who doesn't want a delicious perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken ..crisp on the outside and juicy on the outside ..ready to eat for under $5.00 ??) Self checkout, no lines ..not crowded at all..Lots of electronics and gardening items, furniture and healthy snack choices..overall I found 90% of the items on my list! Note: the Everything seasoned cashews are a "must have" DELICIOUS

Second time I've visited this location within 9 days and both times have been a waste of my effort & time. Today the inventory of strawberries were full but every package i choose (at least 10) had MOLD! I came last week and this was the same issue. I reported this to customer service but they didn't seem too concerned. This is very unfortunate, i hope they will check their produce supplier

I shop at this location a lot and really like the scan and go option. My only complaint is the last 5 times I have been there they have been out of Franzia Crisp White wine. They always have 100 or so Chardonnay but zero Crisp White.

I definitely prefer some of Costco's items over Sam's, but Sam's provides certain items that Costco doesn't provide. I've always been pleased with the meat selection, fridge meals, and their snack items. I'm really loving the fact that they have fresh lamb in stock almost always. Plus, I think their holiday gift options are better. I agree with my wife that paying through their app is much easier than having to stand in line compared to Costco. Overall this store location is nice, but getting out of the side parking can be tricky when the gas lines are crazy at times.

If you have a set time for pickup, it should be ready by then. I am constantly waiting for my online order to be ready. Today I waited for almost an hour. It is always an issue. Please change your process because people use the pick up for it to be more time efficient and I could have gone in and grab my groceries instead of wasting my time waiting.

Most of the time this location is nicely stocked and easy to navigate their isles. Employees are scattered if needing assistance, but I feel like most are working the check-out lines. I feel the scan and go is what makes using this franchise a little easier compared to others. The few times I've used the restrooms they are somewhat clean but not always stocked with paper towels/toilet paper. Most times you have to get there early to grab their premade meals...especially on the weekends.

Unbelievable experience. The Optometrist is amazing! Anna dies an excellent thorough job! Sadly, her department manager is very combative, aggressive and tries to intimidate and talk down to the customers. I have witnessed this behavior several times. She is Definitely NOT managementbmaterial. Until they find new leadership Dr.Anna’s practice will be tarnished

It took a little over 2 weeks and a little nudging from me to get my prescription sunglasses in time before vacation. If I had to say anything I would say the people are nice and considerate but need a little nudging in the "above and beyond" department. I think it takes a little long to get your glasses which brings to mind "a little nudging" to get them to contact the lab and find out the status or put a rush on them. First experience with Sam's club, if I use them again hopefully it will go a little faster and smoother.

The doctor did a great job of helping me. However, the rest of the staff was very rude when I called to check on my new glasses, 3 different days. When I called to make the appt., the person helping me was talking and laughing to another person while covering the mouthpiece on the phone. I could hear some of what was said and it was not nice. Then I called the day after the eta on my receipt. I was told the glasses were not ready and to call back in a couple of days, which I did. The person answering the phone said the glasses were just ordered on the 28th. Call back in 3 to 5 business days. My appt. was on Sept. 16th. Why did it take so long to order a pair of glasses? I called again today and was told the lenses were not ordered correctly so the glasses were still not in. The person helping me started talking over me so I was not able to ask any questions and was wrapping up the call before I got to talk. I said just a minute and was able to ask about the frames. She was trying to brush me off. At this point, I am not sure what I will receive or what the original frames even looked like. I understand there can be delays or mistakes, but instead of brushing off your customers, try apologizing for the delay and/or the inconvenience. I will not recommend this optical center to anyone I know.

I've been a SAMs member for about 7 years now. What is making me consider leaving and going to Costco is that the company is putting the job on the consumer- to the max! I don't mind self checkout once in a while, but the location in Papillion keeps closing self checkout lanes and workers are telling customers that they need to download the app. There are so many places that are demanding this, not only do I have ring up my own stuff, I have to use my data, internet, and phone battery to checkout!!! I don't think so! None wants or needs anymore apps on their phones. The line for self checkout without the app is always incredibly long and SAMs should take note that people are getting fed up. Why change what is working?
