I’ve been a customer for 34 years. I simply needed a $10 roll of quarters so I pulled into the drive thru. I put a $20 bill on the drawer and told the teller I needed to buy a roll of quarters. Much to my surprise I was asked if I have an account there. I looked at the teller and said you know I have an account here because you have waited on me several times on the past. Then I was told I needed to show my drivers license to prove I have an account there. All for a simple roll of quarters!!!What good is a financial institution that won’t let a person exchange legal currency for another form of legal currency. If I need to break a $20 for two $10’s do I need to prove I have an account. I’m so pissed this is just disgusting. It’s time for a change!

Awful. I left for another bank due to the treatment received at this one. My daughter had a fraudulent charge come through on her account. A couple weeks later I was in trying to deposit my tax return check and was questioned about the dispute on my daughters account while in the lobby in front of others. She then proceeded to double check my check and photo ID that the clerk had already checked. Mind you, she was not called over for anything, was just being nosey, rude and accusatory.

This Branch repeatedly has bad customer service! The woman branch manager has been and always is nothing but rude! She actually called a (and/or) cosigner to verify if they endorsed a check I deposited. Most blatant attempt at calling me a liar without saying it to my face. Calling corporate in the morning to speak with upper management!

I used to work at this Location, and I know the leaders of this Bank are advocates of all their customers. Additionally, upon recent visits, this particular location has a fantastic staff!

Consistently paid. No problems. COVID-19 So asked for forbearance. They said sure just pay interest but so long as you send xyz paperwork which has nothing to do with anything. I’m a great customer. In this circumstance it should just be yes COVID-19 sucks we will push off the principal (which will net the bank more money) and have a nice day. Incredibly disrespectful.
