Very disappointed after taking my first dog there for last four years! Took both dogs to get groomed and the staff disregarded our request! When we got there they acted like it was my fault! Groomers were fantastic so we decided to give them a second chance! Which was a mistake! Waited 4 months, and the day of the appointment I get a phone call from the GROOMER because the staff did the same thing !!! This was After several phone calls with a specific conversation and was told it was noted in dog's file ( which was talked to like I was a child) and a face to face conversation with more than one staff member at the front desk! Very unfortunate you company had staff that disregard your customer simple request to get TWO dogs groomed

Love the bathing stations! Always clean and easy to use! Being able to blow dry your dog especially in the winter is huge!

Took my dog here about a week ago for a nail trim. The person who did the nails was done in 6 minutes. Now, the reason I bring her in is because she is scared of everything and I can't do it at home. I watched her rip on my dogs paws and hurried through the trim, while my dog was yelping and howling, even though her fellow employees asked if she needed help. Usually I have had good experiences here, but not this time. I wish I would have gotten her name because I would not recommend her. Point is not all of the nails were trimmed, there are some really long and some short. If she would have had assistance maybe they would have all gotten cut.

My dog (Australian Shepherd) was booted from a local pet groomer. They wouldn't tell me what happened. A dog they had groomed for well over 2 years and suddenly we weren't welcome. No explanation, no returned calls...nothing. So I was afraid to take him elsewhere but with him being an Aussie, he doesn't need whole body shaves so it wasn't a big deal. However, I recently adopted a sweet little guy that desperately needed a spa day - the works. Matted. Overgrown and nails too long. So I started to look for a groomer that was going to be patient enough to work with my dog. The research led me to a fellow dog owner whose dog had also been declared persona non grata. Most of recommendations for them pointed to Pets Earth. So I reached out. To say I was beyond moved is an understatement. From the into to the spa day. My boys look amazing. Marnie did such a wonderful job. She's so kind and experienced. Even my "aggressive" dog was wagging his tail at her. I couldn't even cry tears of joy. I was so choked up when I picked them up. Needless to say, we found then a new spa and we are so grateful. Best Christmas present ever!

Emilie is awesome!!! She listens to what you want and does a fantastic job grooming our Bernedoodle. She also really cares that our pup has a great experience, and he’s excited to see her every time we take him in.

I’ve been taking my dog to another groomer for years. This week I made the change and took Sophie to Pets Earth. Best decision!! It’s the best haircut she has ever gotten, plus when I picked her up she was in the room with another dog playing. In the past she was stuck in a kennel. I would definitely recommend

I love shopping here. I even make a point of stopping by when Im in town (I have moved to a different state.) They always provide excellent customer service. LOVE the self wash!

Great self washing stations! The workers were very friendly and helpful. They even had stairs for the doggies that need a little extra help into the tubs.

Great little pet supply store and knowledgeable & friendly staff. I was there yesterday and the manager Lauren was very helpful as was the rest of the staff. Groomers are skilled. Recommend Kate & Jacob, or any of the groomers- I've used several of them. Jacob did a great job yesterday on my Newfoundland dog who had been sprayed by a skunk and I was unable to get rid of the last of the smell. She was also shaggy and needed a clean up and de-shed. He did a wonderful job grooming her and she smells good!

Thanks to Kelly, who did a great job grooming my 15.5 year old Japanese Chins! I was very pleased with the shop and the sense of professionalism and friendliness demonstrated there.I would definitely return there, and recommend you try them out!

Very friendly staff. I had the groomer trim my dog's nails, I have never been able to do them. And I used the self-wash for my 60 lb dog. So worth it not to have to fight with a shower door, trying to reach around it, and trying to keep her in the shower at the same time. The bathroom floor, as well as myself are soaked by the time we're done. The dog hair clean-up went much faster at Pets Earth too!
