I have had great experiences everytime I have visited Papillion Family Medicine. Dr. Mantler is very thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him and this facility!

After their employee aggressively told me they did not accept my insurance, I was told to “get out” in front of a full waiting room and my children. Completely humiliated and the doctor who owns the practice then sent me a letter of termination. Where is the care for public when they humiliate patients they’ve had for 20 years?

Everyone is super nice here! Dr Brooke took the time to listen to my concerns and actually asked about my life and things of that nature. This has been the best doctors experience in my 13 years of being a military wife!

I am pleased with the medical treatment received here.And a sincere shout out to the amazing phlebotomist. I have had such good experiences with her, that I do not fear getting blood tests, as long as she is there. I have had bad experiences with others in the past, but she is the best. Thank you for being there.

The PA Stacy Gilroy and her nurse Chris are so compassionate and great listeners. I never feel rushed and they are very thorough. Highly recommend! Definitely a treasure to this office!!

The doctors their are amazing. But the Billing are the rudest people that I have had to ever deal with in my life. They stated they couldn’t take me because my my second insurance. Which my primary they take and I normally use my primary anyways. Personally the doctors are awesome but everyone else is just not worth your time.

not a very helpful or kind physician. if you have energy and weigh problems dont go to this clinic. they wont help and the lab tech is SUPER ROUGH.
